The Tile Shoppe on Sheriden in Westminster packs a punch. Store manager Tristan has created a culture of service. All staff treat customers with respect and a willingness to help. They treat all levels of skill. Tristen was particularly helpful in ensuring I finished my project with the right tiles within a tight timeline. Recommend working with him if you have any specific problems. Overall great, timely customer service and great selection of tile--particularly for kitchens and bathrooms.

This shop rocks! As a contractor I have been coming here for about 7 years, and I can't believe I have waited this long to leave a review. Tristan, Ryan, Collin, and team take care of each customer exceptionally well; they will make sure to help you find whatever tile you're looking for, and help you if you need direction or design help. Not only that, but they do a great job of making sure that you do not "miss" anything i.e. they provide beautiful trim selections, grout/caulking, and the really nice underlayment (seriously, I don't use anything else). The professionalism at this store is second-to-none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody who is doing any tile-related projects. -Luke LB Remodels LLC

The people that work here are the rudest people. I was interested in the Wedi product. These guys acted like it was a burden to answer some questions. I went down south on wads and bought the product from the tile shop there. They were very helpful. I spent about $ 1700. Yesterday I went to the Sheridan store to get some questions answered on the threshold. Again I felt like it was a problem to ask questions. The threshold he recommended was $113 and I need 2. I went to floor and decor and they had the same thing for $34 a piece. The lady at floor/ decor used to work at the Sheridan tile shop. She agrees with me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Of the guys I interacted with at sheridan, the manager was the worse. Buy elsewhere.

I have to say that my first encounter at the Tile Shop was bumpy. After speaking with Eric, things went much smoother. I thank Barb for helping me come up with the tile rug idea and she was great in following up and giving me helpful suggestions. At the last minute there had to be some changes and the manager of the store was very helpful in trying to make the changes as painless as possible. I was very happy with how it turned out and the execution of the process. I will definitely return when I do my next project.

The remodel of our kitchen was going wonderfully, until we got to picking out the back-splash for the kitchen. Then it all came to a halt while we fought through the selections at the local big hardware stores. He wanted mosaic, I wanted subway, he didn't want a kitchen that looked like the bathroom in Old Chicago, I didn't want to have my eyes cross with the busy-ness of the mosaic. The selection was small. But, driving down Sheridan one night we saw this store and decided to give it a chance. This place has a HUGE selection! It was almost overwhelming, but soon one of the associates saw us wandering around lost and came to save us. As we finished explaining our problem, he smiled and said something along the lines of "I'm here to help." A little over an hour later - we loved so much of what he was showing us - we had our back-splash picked out and everything necessary to put it all together. Every single person who comes to our kitchen is wowed by the final product. I'm so impressed by the knowledge these folks have and how well they helped us both get what we wanted.
