Aerial lifts delivered broken from Bloomfield, CT branch. I was told that their lifts should only be operated one function at a time, or they will malfunction. That's new to me, never had that problem with other lifts of the same brand. Multiple lifts, all unsafe to operate.

This post has nothing to do with the Bloomfield location. This post is directly for the absolute horrible service received when calling the 844 number for a reservation. In total I spoke with 6 people this morning and still have no quote. The last two times I called I was hung up on after providing all my information. Thankfully I have a faithful good reliable company that I always use. I was trying to try out a new company but after this experience I will never rent from united. I simply needed a quote for a lift.

Our office is directly across the street from the Bloomfield location.I had a problem with a floor grinder I own and needed it fixed quickly.They had great attitudes,were very friendly and got my grinder fixed fast.Tom and his team are amazing. Thank you

I had a trailer rented for 24 hours and when I was bringing it back, I had to turn around to run a quick errand. I called United in Bloomfield and explained I would not be back in time and was willing to pay for an extra day. Instead, the employee told me that I could bring it back the next morning without any extra fees. I am extremely happy with their custom service and will be back for future rentals.

There communication is very bad. After i was charged an extra weeks rental because United never picked up the equipment I spoke with an representative and was told it was all set and my balance was paid up. 6 months later I went rent again they told me that I still owed a balance. In six months never received a bill. The problem is every time I called I had to deal with a different person.
