The company who did our kitchen cabinets sent us to Timeless Stone to pick out our granite countertop. We are so glad they did!!! From Jennifer who we met with to pick it out, to Leo who came and measured (he was spot on with his measurements!!!!) to the crew who just left that installed it, THANK YOU!!! Everyone at Timeless is so nice, professional and their work is awesome!!! I never thought I would have granite countertops so I am thrilled at how beautiful they look. We would highly recommend Timeless Stone as they are a great, friendly company with awesome products!!!

From start to finish my experience with Timeless Stone was phenomenal. Excellent service from Jennifer helping me select the perfect option for my countertop. On the spot, they cut a small sample from the slab I selected which was something previous stone companies I had visited did not offer. Their price was much better and I would never look elsewhere. Wonderful company all around!

Very disappointed in my granite from here. My kitchen remodeler recommended going here. First off about a year in, the sink was falling out of the granite. A bad seal led to the brackets holding the sink up, were rusting. They did come back and fix it. Now looking at my granite I can see scratches and chips on the edges. This is an all adult home, and one person, me, does all cooking. I use granite cleaner and sealer regularly.

Timeless Stone (Bloomfield) was flawless in every aspect. From the office staff which was a pleasure to deal with to the expertise of the gentleman who installed my quartzite counter tops. A first class operation from beginning to end. A big thanks to Natalia, Liza, Jennifer and Jessica.

Go to Timeless Stone first! They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient and stocked with a great variety of stone. I am not at all talented in the area of kitchen/bathroom design, but a few strolls through Timeless Stone's collections, and with Jennifer's guidance, I selected the beautiful counter and vanity tops I now have. From selection to installation, they deserve 5 stars!

After months of decision and changes I am completely satisfied with my experience. I changed my mind several times and visited the showroom at least ten times. Each time I visited I was met with great service. I ended up spending more than I wanted (changed from granite to quartz) and this was the best decision I made. I'm very happy with the results and I look forward to doing business with Timeless Stone in the future.

I am very disappointed with my experience here. I was recommended to timeless stone by a fellow contractor. He said they would take care of me. I picked out the stone I liked and choose some additional options. The project I was working on changed in timeline. I asked Jackson if I could template the granite and pickup to meet my deadline. He said sure no problem.
Long story short when I went to pickup the piece and it was wrong but I accepted it anyways. When the final bill came in there was only a 100 dollar credit to not template and install the granite. I spoke with Jackson about how that seemed a little low and he was very rude. I explained how that cannot be right for a crew to drive to my house and install for $50.00. He would not budge on the price and did not care.
I was going to have them provide my kitchen granite and other pieces in the house but not after this. Very disappointed and rude service.

The staff and installers at Timeless Stone were a pleasure to deal with. Phone calls were returned, deadlines were met, and the quality of craftsmanship was impeccable. We are thrilled with our new countertops! We highly recommend Timeless Stone for any project you may have in mind!

All the staff at Timeless Stone exceeded our expectations! Stephanie has been great to work with - very helpful during the selection process and a prompt and courteous communicator. The two crews (measure/template and install) were Fabulous - on time, clean, professional and very careful. I am thrilled with the end result!

Positives:
1. High quality granite.
2. Good Customer service.
Negatives
1. Tardiness, they were late on the day to take measurements and late again for the install. While I understand some jobs may cause delays, the company needs to do a better job at scheduling time slots to limit this issue.
2. Attention to detail, while selecting the style of granite I needed for my kitchen counter with the showroom representative at the Bloomfield store. I made it clear that I needed brackets to ensure the dishwasher sits flush under the new counter. I was told it would be taken care of. I brought it up again on measurement day with the individual taking measurements. He said the install team will come with the dishwasher brackets and get it done. After the install team was done I noticed that the dishwasher was left without the brackets, I brought it to their attention, they informed me that the brackets were never included in the notes so it was not loaded onto the van. They told me I would have to call in to re-schedule a bracket install.
I am not dissatisfied, not completely satisfied, I would say I am somewhat satisfied.

Update: 10/28/21
The team came out to complete the brackets for the dishwasher on 10/15/21. At this point I am satisfied with the granite countertops installed. It looks really good and gave my kitchen a 2021 look.
