Our interaction with Damien was 100% positive, as was the roofing job he and his crew did. Damien was very communicative and very responsive to our inquiries He showed up on time and was well prepared to inspect our roof and quickly furnish us with an estimate, including showing us pictures he took during his inspection, which showed frayed, cracked and lifting shingles in several places. He also filed the necessary applications and permits with our town and property management company, plus scheduled a dumpster. From our first meeting with him to roofing completion (including approvals of applications and permits) was less than 3 weeks!
The actual roofing job only took two days, including ripping two layers of shingles before re-shingling. He and his crew did an outstanding job with clean up - you would never know we had our roof re-done except for how great it now looks! The dumpster was removed by 2pm the day after completion.
He took several pictures and posted them in Google photos so that we could download them for our files.
We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Damien for your roofing needs.
J.J. Landerman Roofing did a excellent job. From the start of a phone call Jennifer took care of everything from a quote to a quality job done !! @ a fair price !! Everything was picked up and cleaned with taking extra steps for our pets safety. I will definitely recommend JJ Landerman Roofing to anyone looking to get a roof done.

My experience with J.J. Landerman Roofing was very positive. It had all started with our roof having wind damage, we had also spoken with other roofing companies and were not impressed. Luckily I found J.J. Landerman Roofing on multiple sites listing them as top 5 roofers in the state of CT. When I called J.J. Landerman Roofing, I originally spoke with Damien, he made me feel comfortable and heard, unlike other roofing companies I spoke with. I decided to follow up, and they came to look and sent me their quote. Their quote came back very reasonable, compared to other roofing company quotes I had received. I decided to go through with the quote. Jenn, the owner, had reached out, and I had offered to come by their facility to review the contract and make a deposit. Instead of going there, Jenn offered to come to my home, which made it very convenient for me. Jenn came to my home, she was very courteous to my family and me. She and I reviewed the contract, signed it, and made arrangements for the deposit and date for work to be done. She had also left samples of shingle colors to look over which was very helpful. Jenn was very communicative throughout the process, and she was very understanding. The day of our roof being replaced, Jenn updated me through the process, she and her team were very fluent and quick. Her team was in and out in one day. They did a great job, I haven’t had any issues since. Jenn also helped me out, she got me the warranty on certain teed shingles as well, at no extra cost. J.J. Landerman Roofing is a great company and I would do business with them again.

I was seeking a company to complete a roof inspection. Very pleasant phone experience and an appointment was scheduled and then due to a cancellation they were able to come out the same day. I appreciate the recommendations and explanations that were made in a way so that I could understand! Overall a great experience.

Jenn and her crew did a fantastic job with our new skylight and roof installation. Their attention to detail and concern for all parts of the job (even our wish to add a copper strip at the last minute) make it easy to recommend them. Plus communication with Jenn was always quick and efficient before-during-and after the job. AND the price was fair. We recommend Landerman Roofing.

JJ Landerman Roofing
Our 7600 sq. foot church flat roofs in Hartford were stripped of 2 layers of old roofing and replaced with a new roof by JJ Landerman. The service we received from Jennifer at JJ Landerman, from the first phone call until the roof was complete was outstanding. I could not recommend JJ Landrmnan enough. The attention to detail and keeping the customer's interest first were excellent. They cleaned up the site perfectly, and when there was a slight delay, I was informed and keep apprised when the job would be finished. We received three bids, and they were very competitive in their bid.
When I was talking to one of the crewmembers on a sweltering day, I was thanking him for his work. He turned to me and said “Thank You” for giving us this work”. That is the feeling that I have gotten from this entire company. They are very appreciative of the work given to them. There is a very good reason that they have over 80 - 5 star Google reviews, they really do care about the quality of their work.

Called J.J Landerman because I needed an estimate done right away to be able to close on a home. Spoke to representative and advised of the situation. They were able to move their schedule around and schedule my last minute appraisal. Damien came out right away and was amazing. Very knowledgeable and was honest about the work that needed to be done. Very REASONABLY priced. Highly recommend.
