Terrible customer service. When I called to ask questions or voice concerns, the woman who answered the phone was consistently rude and unhelpful, even after they installed the wrong fence. I requested calls back regarding my concerns and never received one. They were, however, REALLY quick in reaching out to send an invoice or come to my front door looking for payment. They even tried to invoice me twice after cashing my check. After a prolonged wait and initially wrong installment the fence does look great, but I would never use them again or recommend them.
