Celco Heating went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us this winter! Our Navien system had a malfunction and water was pouring into our basement by the minute, so we knew we needed a fix ASAP. As Celco had serviced our system in the past, we knew they were the first people to call, and someone was at our house within the hour - which we were so thankful for. They thoroughly analyzed the Navien system, and were very transparent in letting us know next steps. As it was the middle of winter and 20 degrees out, they assured us they would work as quickly as they could. Christine was also amazing, helping us schedule when to put in the new unit and answering all questions we had! On the day of the new installment, Bob + Lorant arrived and did such a great job with the new installment. They checked all our heat vents around the house before turning the new unit on, and continued to educate us on how to continue to keep the new unit in a great condition. Christine and the team followed up with paperwork and continued to be so organized throughout the process. Highly recommend + will continue to use Celco for other home needs!
Celco is an amazing company. I had an AC system installed in my home. I was impressed with the professionalism and teamwork of the installation crew. They respected my home and exceeded my expectations. I recommended Celco to two other clients who absolutely loved the excellence shown by the crew. They are an old school professional outfit that is rare to find today.

I had recently used Celco for both my heat (oil to gas conversion) and central air and both times they have been amazing. So professional, punctual, knowledgeable and clean. I would highly recommend them

Update - I wanted to add to my review now that we have also installed our completely new HVAC system, which was completed without a hitch., along with some final pictures of our work with Celco. The new system is just light-years ahead of our previous system, and now we have a single 2-stage heat-pump outside that replaced our old condenser. The heat pump in combination with our new EcoBee thermostats, provide a lot of great control that further improve the efficiency of our heating and cooling. It comes on in stages, and generally heats / cools the house MUCH faster, using less propane than before. Also, our cool new mitsubishi mini-split in the theater came out *fantastic*. I was initially worried it woudl be problematic both noise wise, and visually, but the results speak for themselves. It looks great, and is nearly silent, while BOTH heating and cooling the space wonderfully, all using the exact same heat pump used for the rest of the house (i.e. there is no separate heat pump outside for this unit which is super cool and tidy). Lastly the outside of the mini-split was dressed so neatly with a white decorative conduit, you'd never even know there was something done outside. As before, Scott, Bob, Dan and Lorant, all worked together like a well-oiled machine to deliver top-notch results! Thanks again Celco for a great experience!

We had a time sensitive issue with our boiler needing a complete replacement, plus a poorly functioning HVAC system as well as a need to expand our AC to a new studio space in our home. Scott Basso designed a completely amazing system for us, and after we signed, he got an incredible team of professionals to replace the entire boiler system within 24 hrs. The end result is so well designed and executed, it looks like a work of art. Way more efficient, way more capacity, better use of the space we had. The team worked non-stop from 8am till 6pm and were extremely polite and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the entire arrangement. We still have to complete the HVAC system upgrade, but based on what we have already experienced, I can write this confidently to recommend anyone to give them a call. The reviews were what got me to them, and now I can see why others have reached the same conclusion. Great company, fair and competitive pricing, excellent workmanship. Without question, highly recommended.

I’ve been using Celco for a while now for my ductless needs. The original company did a pretty bad job with installing my system. So I have Celco come in and fix some things and install proper pads for the outdoor units and clean the indoor units. In a separate job I had them upgrade my indoor units and they did a great job. The guys were respectful and understanding of me having to put the baby to nap, so they made sure they finished before that.

Just changed my 40 years old gas furnace.
We chose a combi-boiler to be installed.
The Technicians were timely, courteous and respectful despite all of our inquiries.

Celco is the absolute best! During trying times when my furnace went down shortly after purchasing a brand new home and going through a divorce, they showed up in January and made sure my 3 young boys and I were safe and warm. They gave us large heaters that heated our whole home and my children and I were able to stay in the comfort of our own home. They maintained contact throughout the process and expressed true compassion and care for my family. They were very patient with me, and helpful. They helped me create a payment plan so that I could cover the cost without stress. They worked with me and got the job done efficiently. They are knowledgeable and good at what they do! Literally getting choked up as I write this review, this is top notch customer service and I would highly recommend this business as they treat you like family!

I called Celco last week to evaluate my mom’s boiler when it stopped working. They inspected it and informed us of what was needed to repair it. We ultimately decided to replace it with a new system. The Celco crew was awesome. They installed new system and fixed all the old leaks from her old system. Much thanks to Christine, Carl, Joe and Gordon at Celco!!! I highly recommend Celco! They truly provided great service.
