Excellent professional installation of central air conditioning in 40 year old colonial home. Minimum disruption during installation. Very neat and cleaned up at end of each day.

I went to M&M Heating and Cooling after several years of unsuccessful attempts to fix my heating system by another HVAC/Plumbing business. I chose M&M because they are BBB accredited with an A+ rating and have a solid 10 years in business – and they did not disappoint! Nick and crew are very professional and competitively priced. I was given 3 different options/quotes with the pros/cons clearly described, and a generous warranty on their work. They arrived on schedule and completed the job in one day with zero clean-up required on my part. I could not be happier with my choice to use M&M – I finally have reliable heat and love the peace of mind the workmanship warranty provides.

It's a shame I have to write them a negative review without experiencing their service. I initially had an appointment scheduled for a Friday for a quote. They had texted me the day prior stating they had to cancel because of a staff member being exposed to COVID. Understandable. They claimed they would call me back the following Monday to reschedule. Monday came and went. I called them 2 days after that to reschedule. After putting me on the books for "11 to 12 noon", no one showed up. Now I understand that sometimes emergencies occur, but I received no phone call or clarification. I do not know whether something came up or what the reason for not honoring your appointment is. I have tried calling, I have left a voicemail, but to no avail. Seems like they do good work, but as far as communication goes, they are subpar.
