The best advice I have ever been given was to contact Sabel Adjusters after my house fire. Chris and the rest of his team were there to guide me through the entire process, and made an extremely difficult situation seem easy. I always felt that my families well-being was their top priority. I am thankful for their care and expertise, and would highly recommend Sabel Adjusters to those in need.
My husband and I engaged Sabel Adjusters to assist us with processing a claim for our rental property which had significant water damage from a pipe that burst. From the moment we engaged Sabel Adjusters, Allan Sabel, facilitated the situation with expert knowledge and ease. Prior to using Sabel Adjusters, it would take us months to get a reply from the insurance carrier. With Allan, it took a mere handful of days.
Not only did Allan get timely responses from our insurance carrier, he was able to negotiate full coverage of all the water damage repair work needed for our 3 story rental property. The first two floors were significantly affect by the water which originated on the 3rd floor. He secured all the reports needed. He was super responsive to our emails and always willing to have a call if we didn't understand a particular transaction or needed a detailed update. He was patient and answered our questions so that we really truly understand what all the numbers meant. He was firmly in control every step of the way.
We give overwhelming gratitude to Sabel Adjusters and their ability to come through and provide peace of mind in a very stressful situation. They went above and beyond our expectations. We can't recommend them enough!

I highly recommend using stable adjusters. They are very knowledgeable and professional about the insurance process. My insurance company was incredibly difficult and I would have been in a terrible position without the help of Sabel. They did everything necessary to make sure that I received the coverage that was needed to make all of the necessary repairs to my home.

A sewer backup, and resulting flood, put our local non-profit child care facility out of business. Sabel Adjusters was brought on board to manage the insurance company and oversee the rebuild and remediation of the facility. Sabel Adjusters assistance was invaluable in getting the school back up and running quickly, with minimum down time. Thank you Sabel Adjusters for a GREAT job!
