We had several garage doors put in and we were happy with the results. Some had unique situations, like a door to a dinosaur exhibit in which it had to open and close at certain times. Good customer service and problem-solving technicians.

Called Overhead Door Company and they sent a tech out the same day! You just don't get service like this anymore. The tech Dave was so kind, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He provided a quote promptly and came back with the replacement parts within 3 business days. I can't say enough good things about this company and about Dave!

Everyone I dealt with (on phone and in-person technician Joe) were very friendly and knowledgeable. Joe clearly outlined all the options for repair with zero pressure. We were quoted an excellent price for the work to be done and it was scheduled in a timely way. Great people, great company! Austin came a few days later to install the new motor/springs etc. He was very friendly and efficient, explaining it all when he was done, making sure I had no questions. I am very happy!

Great service. Technician took the time to explain the cause of the problem. While a simple fix he corrected an error in connections caused by another garage door vendor. Without this repair we would have been faced with a large bill due to replacing the entire garage door opening system. Many thanks!
