We recently moved into a new home and our first project was to renovate the kitchen. We researched our option by visiting over a handful of cabinet companies and decided to order our cabinets from creative concepts and we made the right choice! Larry was super knowledgeable and was able to provide us with viable options to get us want we wanted within our budget. He was there with us every step of the way by keeping us posted on delivery, following up to ensure full delivery and just being available anytime we had questions. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that!
Ben and his team were most responsive and helpful in designing our new bathroom renovation.

My husband and I came across Creative Concepts on Facebook. We are located in Litchfield. We were working with them as part of a major home renovation, so the kitchen space was entirely new. It was an amazing experience.
Ben (our designer) was very easy to work with, and came up with a wonderful plan. The design process was very smooth, and he gave us several ideas we hadn't considered, that ended up being great additions. The Decora cabinets we selected are beautiful and everyone who sees them raves about them. Even though it was a long process, it was well worth it!

At the end of 2020 we decided to hire creative concepts to redo our master bathroom. The design process was simple and effective, we were very happy at the beginning. Construction took sometime, it was COVID time so everything was taking forever (not Creative Concept’s fault). Overall it took about 3 months to get the bathroom in working order.
Overall the installation wasn’t terrible, there were a few bumps along the way but there always are. We never complained, just rolled with the punches. After the tub installation was corrected by the manufacture (creative concepts couldn’t get the tub to work), the hole in our downstairs living room was never patched. There was never a final walkthrough, no follow-up check-in, just onto the next customer.
About a year or so after the remodel I noticed a wet spot on the ceiling. I removed a small piece of drywall and noticed that the hot water cPVC line going to the tub was leaking. I hired a plumber out of pocket to repair the leaking line and patched the hole myself. A year after that, I noticed another larger wet spot on the ceiling in a different area. When I removed the drywall this time the entire subfloor was soaked and the shower floor was leaking (even with a Kerdi membrane system installed).
This was not going to be an inexpensive fix, so I decided to contact Creative Concepts to look. Within a few days Creative Concepts was out to assess the damage and discuss our options.
The stance that Creative Concepts took was the leak happened more than two years after the completion of the project so we are out of luck. The option I was given by Jeff was to file a homeowner’s claim and once approved Creative Concepts would redo the bathroom (getting paid a second time for the same job). Jeff did mention that perhaps Creative Concepts might cover the homeowner’s deductible but that confirmation needed to come from Liz (the owner of the company). I informed Jeff that if I had to file a homeowner’s claim I would not be using Creative Concepts. For some reason this came as a surprise to Jeff, not sure why? I don’t want to file another claim in 3 or 4 years. In any case Jeff told me Liz would be reaching out in a few days when she got back from vacation to discuss further. I was never contacted by Liz or Jeff again.
To conclude, I would not recommend Creative Concepts for any remodel. Although they claim to have the industry’s best two year labor guarantee, I think a lot of consumers would want their expensive renovations to last longer than two years. Rather than stand behind their work Creative Concepts cowers behind a warranty (which wasn’t even in our contract). The final cost to fix Creative Concept’s hack job came in at over 15,000 dollars, I have no doubt there will be more down the line.

I recently hired Creative Concepts Kitchen and Bath to remodel my small bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were able to take my outdated and cramped space and transform it into a modern and inviting haven.
I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and their ability to incorporate features that would appeal to older adults, such as grab bars, walk-in showers, and easy-to-reach storage. The team was also very professional and courteous, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process.
Overall, I would highly recommend Creative Concepts Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. They are true experts in their field, and they are committed to creating beautiful and functional spaces that meet the needs of their clients.

We are so happy we selected Creative Concepts Kitchen and Bath to remodel our bathroom. They were extremely patient and helpful as we picked out our materials. Andrew and his team of workers were pleasant and did outstanding work. Everytime a problem came up either in design or construction a solution was suggested and implemented. The finished product is exceptional. We recommend Creative Concepts Kitchen and Bath Design without hesitation.

We recently remodeled our kitchen with Creative Concepts. The entire staff - Dawn the designer, Liz the owner, Ali the office staff, and last but definitely not least, Andrew the contractor - were fabulous! We were so impressed by the attention to detail, the constant communication, the excellent design, suggestions along the way, and the kindness of everyone we encountered. Their prices were reasonable, and they were happy to work with our budget. We really enjoyed working with them. I never had a doubt in my mind about their open access to my house. I think I actually missed them when they finished! I absolutely love my kitchen, and every little detail. An amazing improvement to my home. We’ve received so many compliments! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!

Liz and her team recently completed our kitchen remodel and we couldn’t be happier! They took care of every detail from start to finish. For our kitchen design, we worked with Larry. He was extremely helpful and accommodating through the entire process. We communicated mostly through email and only went into the showroom once to look at cabinets in person. At the showroom, Larry was helpful explaining the differences between certain cabinet styles, function, and accessories. We went through at least 7 versions of our kitchen design and Larry was always quick to get back to us with a new design and quote. Larry happily worked within our cabinet budget- which was around $8,000 for our 10 x 12 kitchen. Once the cabinets were ordered, it took about 4 weeks. Larry communicated with us as soon as he had new info regarding delivery. One of the cabinets broke during delivery (which I had prepared for something like this to happen), but Larry immediately called the manufacturer and ordered a new one to be rushed. Since we had a countertop install already scheduled, Larry actually went to the shipping company and had the cabinet FedEx'ed overnight so it would get there on time. This is the type of "above and beyond" customer service you would NEVER get at a big box store. I should also mention that we are from CT but live in Cape Cod, and it was no problem working with Creative Concepts "from a distance". I recommend using Creative Concepts because of the personalized customer service and supporting a local business.

Renovating our outdated, retro kitchen was the first demo and rebuild project that we have ever taken on for our 1936 era home. Creative Concepts came highly recommended by our contractor and we followed his lead. We were never disappointed in the customer service, nor the product that was delivered. Working with Jeremy was like working with a close family member. He genuinely cared about our investment. Jeremy ensured that the finished product was exactly as we dreamed, in keeping with the style we desired and within our budget. I had new Quartz counter tops and subway tiling done by them. Great from start to finish. From pricing to install to quality of work. Jeremy was excellent to work with informing me of every step of the process. The counters were installed in less than an hour. The guy he uses for taking the counters up,installing a new cooktop & sink and installing the tiling was excellent. I highly recommend you check them out. Beautiful showroom as well.

Yesterday I stopped by the showroom to see if I could get some ideas for updating our kitchen a bit. Liz was so helpful and listened intently as I showed her pictures of our kitchen and explained what I was thinking for giving it a facelift. She showed me lots of different options for countertops and tile backsplash designs and she made suggestions for things like lighting and hiding receptacles that I hadn't even thought about. Time well spent!
