Glenn was great, very knowledgle and answered all my questions; first time ever having a septic system. Text prior to arrival was nice so I had a time frame of his arrival. Went right to work, helped me find where the covers are and was done in less than an hour. THANK YOU!

Abraham is a good plumber and great guy, BUT, The company is not. Watch out for predatory pricing especially on simple jobs. I was charged $1600 for a job that took 1 hour, had easy access and cost a maximum of $120 in materials. Skills employed were cutting 1/2 copper pipe, connecting a T and a 90 and a shut off valve to a bit of 1/2 copper pipe ( 2ft total) and installing a new outdoor facet. Abraham did a nice job as the photos will indicate, but I can’t see how $1600 could be justified for this simple task. The original burst pipe was not fixed after the space it was in, was deemed challenging due to it being a crawl space basement, I did it later myself. The company claims not to charge by the hour but cannot justify its pricing when inquiry was made after serious buyers remorse. Kevin the office man employed classic techniques such as “bait and switch” and a good deal of gaslighting in an effort to steer the conversation in a direction that had nothing to do with pricing… and the fact that there was no justification for such a huge price tag. Clients feel pressure to do the job especially when time is a factor, the plumber is on site and call out fees have already accumulated. I would give this Company a skip and find someone who owns the business and turns the wrenches.

I had Abraham C. come re-plumb my half bath renovation and couldn't be more satisfied. He went above and beyond expectations with how helpful and personable he was. I would absolutely recommend Drainworks and the technician Abraham C. to anyone looking for clean, honest plumbing work. Thanks again!

I had several plumbing tasks done by Eric P. replaced leaking pipe at tight space above ceiling; replacement of toilet flange and pipe ; installed water pressure valve and installed heat expansion tank for water heating. Eric was very courteous, , knowledgeable and very detailed at diagnosing problems and fixed them . He patiently explained everything, kept me informed of what he was doing, and answered all my questions. He did an outstanding job and excellent work quality. I would highly recommend this company.

Jeremy was great, he arrived on time. He gave a good explanation of what was needed, gave me options based on cost. He was able to complete the job there and then. It may not be the cheapest place but you are getting professional friendly craftsman’s. I would highly recommend them.

I don’t believe the estimate given verbally, was reflected accurately on the written statement. Therefore, as a customer, I really feel the company took advantage of the urgency needed for this project. Drainworks dug up half of my lawn saying the price agreed-upon was only a third of the actual price. And I don’t feel they did enough to merit the remaining work. In fact, after $7000, they have simply replaced the same pipe for the same exact length, not extending it a little further into the woods in this drainage would be much less an issue. Currently, my property sits with exposed pipes, having no caps visible with many yards of dug trench surrounding them. This means with another set of storms as we had previously, my basement will probably flood all over again. This, in fact, makes this project the most expensive failure as a homeowner.

A job very well done relocating clothes washer water supply and drain by Eric and Erik. This included drilling a 2+ inch diameter hole through 12 inches of concrete. The overall workmanship was exceptional. Eric also pointed out a couple issues that we could tackle ourselves or consider at a later date. This extra effort was greatly appreciated. The price for the work was rather high in my opinion though. Could be I’m not calibrated with current costs for plumbing work. The overall Drainworks experience was exceptional though. I would hire them again but would likely get other quotes for comparison.

Just got the bathroom worked on by Abraham and Eric, very pleased with their customer service. They have awesome communication skills! These guys worked great together as a team and I would definitely recommend them! They were pleasant to be around, respectful, and took the time to listen to what you had to say. Came to the job with great attitudes, were thorough and knowledgeable! Explained things in detail and in a way that we could understand. Thank you so much Abraham and Eric!
