Great people. Very thorough. I have every confidence that critters and rodents will no longer find their way into my home and those living there now will soon be dead and gone. I recommend these folks without reservation.

Jake, the person who inspected was awesome. He was thorough and honest. He diagnosed the problem as a bee nest in our window near our bedroom. The rest of the process was AWFUL and they STILL haven’t resolved the issue. At first, the person was supposed to come out and complete a bee treatment in the morning. The communication was awful, someone contacted me to confirm and they were going to give me the wrong treatment (general insect treatment instead of bee treatment) Luckily, I reached out to make sure they knew the correct treatment. The technician who came out STILL gave us the wrong treatment and didn’t even do it fully because it was misting out. They told me they’d come back later. The technician told their supervisor that they completed the bee treatment successfully which they DID NOT. I have a RING camera and it showed them not completing it AT ALL. All they did was the wrong treatment on the bay windows. I had to call them repeatedly throughout the next week while the bees lingered in the window and ended up coming inside our house which sucked. They claimed they were looking for a day that it wasn’t going to rain… it was sunny ALL week. They finally booked us to finish a bee treatment and they came. I asked to make sure they sprayed our bedroom window. AND THEY STILL DIDN’T! The bees ARE STILL there inside the window! The guy did everywhere EXCEPT where they needed to. I figured I would wait to see if the chemicals took some time to knock out the nest but after 6 days.. we STILL heard the bees in our window. I looked at the ring camera and did not see him go over to our windows that needed spraying. I think this is the first negative review I’ve ever written about any company.. so for me to leave this review means something in itself. I eventually had to go up with a ladder MYSELF and spray inside the window sill.

I called to set up a appt for mouse exclusion. Scheduling was prompt and everything went smoothly to set up my service. The sales guy came and explained the packages etc to me, I signed up, and an appt was made for the next week. A different guy came out the next week and set traps, found any entry points etc. He told me that someone would be by the following week to check the traps. 2-3 weeks go by and my home smells awful. I called to see what was going on, but they didn’t have me on the schedule. They sent a different guy out. He then informs me that I do not have the mouse exclusion policy that I was led to believe I had, and if I wanted that then it would be THOUSANDS more. I called the original guy who sold me the plan. He was polite and apologized for the confusion. Another month goes by without seeing anyone come out to spray, but the payment being taken out of my account like clockwork, so I called again. I was told I don’t have a monthly spray as I was lead to believe but it’s actually a bi monthly spray. At this point I felt bamboozled. I asked to cancel my plan and have the current payment refunded. I was told by three separate people that I would get a call back and an update on my cancellation. It’s been two weeks without a return phone call. I’m very disappointed in this company and would definitely NOT recommend.

Catseye pest proof my house about a month ago. They did a thorough job, addressed all my concerns, and no pest activity has been recorded since. Overall, I am happy with the results and with their service.

It was a very good visit! Technician called to let me know when he would arrive, was courteous and knowledgeable and got us taken care of. We have had Catseye for a number of years now and it is a treat to come for visits and not have to deal with mice droppings any more. Thank you!

Love Catseye service. Great technician Cameron. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Had the cats guard since 2018 and haven’t had any pest problems in our home since. Signed up for platinum service and very satisfied with the service and monitoring monthly. Would highly recommend Catseye for anyone dealing with any pest problems.
