Started off great but became increasingly more disappointing over time. Contractor turned out to be quite fickle, with work ethic becoming minimal, and sporadic. Stopping the process was frustrating, but worth it.

I contacted this company to reinstall an undermount sink that fell out. They tentatively agreed to morning appointment on 4/15. After the designated appointment time passed, I called to find out when they would be coming. I believe I was speaking to the owner who said they were working another job and might be able to make 3 or 4 o'clock that day. I agreed and after 4 came and went I called the office to find out if they were coming. No one answered and I left a voicemail asking them to call me back. On 4/16 I called multiple times to find out when they would be coming and either got their voicemail or the phone hung up after 2 or 3 rings. No one called to reschedule or say they were going to be late. As of 5 pm on 4/16, I have still heard nothing from them. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

They installed my new countertop last Friday, I am totally thrilled with the result! They made the process very easy and seamless, from the lady in the office to the crew that came and measured, and then installed the granite top! Talking them, you can tell that they know their business very well . The price beat the big box stores (Whose process was time-consuming and tedious ). I highly recommend them !! if I could give them 10 stars I would.!!

Bill at CT Hardrock was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Bill and his team were on time for every appointment wich is an extreme rarity nowadays. The finished product was amazing and Bill was a man of his word!!! We could not be happier with our new kitchen counter tops. I highly recommend CT Hardrock for any of your counter top needs.

CT Hardrock Granite & Marble did an amazing job with our Quartz countertop. Bill is so knowledgeable and so helpful answering all my questions with the various countertop selections. Nikki was excellent to work with. Appreciated her quick response! Great to work with them! Thank you!

CT Hardrock did an absolutely amazing job with our Kitchen Counters. We couldn't be happier. We involved them in the design process and their insight was amazing. We did an 11 foot island that we call a continent. Nikki was able to guide what our options were. We took their advice and shortened the island to avoid any seams in the stone. Getting to work directly with the owners is the only way to go! Highly recommend and would be happy to be used as a reference. Thank you Bill and Nikki you made our dream kitchen a reality!

Not Trustworthy! The company installed a granite countertop, but mis-measured and left an under-the-sink drawer forced open and unsightly. Over a year and a half my wife and then I spoke to the owner, who assured us over and over again that he had ordered a part and would solve the problem. He never did. I gave them two stars only because these are skilled craft people but they failed to complete our job or remediate their mistake, and they strung us out interminably. If you hire this company, be sure to hold back a portion of your payment until you are satisfied they have completed the job. We failed to do so.

We have used T &B multiple times over the past years. We have redone kitchens and bathrooms in our home and our condo. They are fantastic. Easy to work with and their workmanship is excellent. We highly recommend them.
