I have to say, I don't give many reviews, but the people at Cromwell Granite & Tile are greatest. They stand behind their product. The two men that installed the granite countertop were very professional. We even had the backsplash in Granit. We could not be happier. I would highly recommend this company for your install!!!
I had a very positive experience with Cromwell Granite & Tile. I happened to be driving by their location when I saw a granite slab that I was interested in displayed by the road. At this point, I had gone to a couple other granite & marble places and was having difficult time with costumer service. I walked into the showroom and Lizzie was courteous and very helpful. I placed a deposit down and they held the slab for me. My project got delayed a little bit, and Jayson and Team were flexible with their schedule. They came and measured the tub area and when they came to install, they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Cromwell Granite & Stone. They are professional, have excellent workmanship, flexible and accommodating to your schedule, and priced reasonably for their products and services.

Great experience working with the owner and the fabrication/install team! Ray helped procure an oversized slab to fabricate for our 10.5ft+ bar to avoid needing a seam and the finished product is perfection!

Tom & I are so very pleased with how our kitchen turned out. Ray & Jamila are very knowledgeable on both the materials side and design. We had visited a number of fabrication places but none could compare with Cromwell Granite & Tile. An expensive project, a big concern to us was how do know what stone to go with...Jamila told us "You'll know it when you see it" and she was so right. We decided on Fantasy White quartzite. Ray laid out the template perfectly ensuring that the pattern would flow from the island to the counter. Many thanks to you both for all your help!

Ray Ranno and his wife were instrumental in providing guidance and care in our search to modernize our kitchen. Originally intending on granite, we found the combination of quartz with the subway tile really helped brighten our kitchen. And the D shaped sink was a fantastic value add that helped me use the kitchen more.
The folks who installed the products were great. Cleaned up after they were done and all is well. Just please note to have a plumber on standby to disconnect/reconnect plumbing for your fixtures.
We painted our kitchen from a dark purple(previous owners) to optimistic yellow so our project is now complete.

Can't say enough positive things about owners Ray and Jamila. We purchased granite for our powder room vanity from them. They are consultative without pressuring any sale, and they have competitive pricing. They are very responsive and provide honest input on whatever your project is. They are timely with their service in terms of design, template, and install. I highly recommend them for your tile or granite needs.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Ray and Jamila were so great to deal with. Patient, lots of good advice, and professional. I was given a tour of their facility from showroom to manufacture. Installers are their employees not sub contractors. Finished product is beautiful. I cannot wait for my wife to get home to see. I started this project at one of the big hardware stores, but ended up with Cromwell Granite and Tile because my gut told me this was the place to go. A few dollars more but personal service, timely turnaround and flexible. A huge plus, owner is on-site at every install. I also like to shop local and support our small businesses. A+ all around. After shopping around at a few other businesses, a friend recommended Cromwell Granite & Tile. From the minute we walked in it was an awesome experience. Jamila was very knowledgeable about the products and went out of her way to help us choose a gorgeous piece of tile for our bathroom remodel. Installation was a breeze, the two gentlemen that came out were neat, clean and professional and the end result came out beautiful. They were even able to complete the installation ahead of originally scheduled. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely use them again on our next project.

We were looking to upgrade our kitchen counters and after visiting several places we happened upon Cromwell Granite. A bit far for us but as it turns out, more than well worth it. Their customer service is outstanding! Ray & Jamila were genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with every aspect of the project. From assisting with stone selection, color matching, and template/cut layout, their expertise was greatly appreciated. The stone we selected was not easy to work with due to the large grain pattern. Ray went above & beyond to make sure the grain matched, the seams were transparent, and the installation was perfect. I do not write reviews so please understand that I must be extremely impressed to have done so. If you get the opportunity to work with Cromwell Granite - take it.

As a resident of TPC River Highlands in Cromwell for nearly 15 years, I recommend Cromwell Granite and Tile for ALL and ANY stone, tile and cabinet work. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Ray, Jamila and their entire team. I had a very unpleasant experience with a granite company in the Hartford area that led me to Cromwell Granite and Tile which was a blessing in disguise. Ray and Jamila were a breathe of fresh air from the moment I called. They are customer focused and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process of my kitchen update. Their team was careful throughout the job to ensure they wore PPE (i.e. face masks). They even went the extra mile during installation to save my existing backsplash which matched perfectly with the new stone installed.
This husband and wife team are top notch, professional and responsive! They did such a great job that I recommended them to a neighbor who inquired about their work and saw the job they did in my kitchen. I am happy to see these same neighbors also working with Ray and Jamila on their kitchen update project as well.
I could not be more happy with the results of my beautiful kitchen and endorse them as the “go to” stone, tile and cabinet shop if you want top notch customer service that is hands on with a second to none quality product/installation experience! Cromwell Tile and Granite did a great job at our home. The showroom staff was very helpful, showed us many types of tile, granite and quartz. They even moved the large granite pieces outside for better viewing. They were patient, answered my questions, took precise measurements (check twice, cut once!) and we love our new granite counters! Their pricing is very competitive and they include so much more than large box stores do in the quote/price. I love supporting small businesses and they are a nice asset to our small town. I recommend them for your next project.

Absolutely love my new Kitchen, The staff was very helpful and quick in getting us scheduled and installed. Thank you Jamala for your help with picking out the right product that worked in our kitchen. Thank you to Carmelo, he was such a delight when installing our tile floor and backslash.
