I had a wonderful experience with US Granite! They have an extensive inventory of beautiful granite slabs to choose from. I worked with Fabby on the details and she was courteous, professional and extremely nice! The service I received was top notch! I had my granite installed in just over a week from making my selection. Such a smooth, hassle free process. The installers did a great job and my new kitchen looks amazing!

Robert and his team were friendly, professional, and detail oriented. The turnaround time from which our templates were created to when our stone was delivered was quick and installation could not have gone more smoothly. We will enjoy for many years to come. Highly recommend!

I have used US Granite on multiple job sites. Both commercial and residential. They have fabricated and installed at least 6 residential properties and on restaurant IL Figlio in Fishkill, ny. They did a great job all around.
Robert the owner personally does all templating, and Marie at the store/warehouse is the best. I have received great pricing and quality installations. They have never missed an appointment and will call the day of your installation to let you know exactly what time they will arrive. A lot of companies will tell you they will do this and don't . US Granite definitely will.. I am only using them for all my fabrications and installation.. They do an A+ job

We had a very unfortunate experience with US Granite. At templating appointment slab was not brought out from the side of a dark warehouse. Expected to make decisions in the dark with employee who did not speak English. Expected to pay for counters prior to install based on estimate. At installation square footage had been reduced yet no reduction to price. Corner of island rounded despite all other corners being squared. Didn’t consult with us first or explain. Sent multiple emails with no response. Terrible experience. Never again.

I bought my granite countertop last June and it still looks great! It came out to be a little cheaper than competitors and they did an amazing job with installing. They were very careful but it didn’t take forever to do. Quick yet efficient. I can’t say enough about customer service. So helpful and patient and had a very good selection of stone to choose from. Highly recommend them for any of the needs you may have that they can provide!

Highly recommended. Dealt mostly with Nick and Yelena. Both very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to answer our questions, despite that I probably asked many of them repeatedly. The crews that came to the house were very good; they clearly know what they're doing. US Granite gave us a 5 page list of things to initial. I recommend reading all of them and making sure you have them all covered (plumber checks beforehand, cabinets are level, etc.). I went over each point. They list all the important things to consider. It wasn't hard, but each very important. It resulted in a smooth and very clear process. Kitchen is beautiful. Happy wife, happy life.

Never again. We were return customers to U.S. Granite. We are not sure what happened between then and now, but we will not be returning again or referring anyone to this company. The scheduling process was horrendous - each time we were told a time slot, it was incorrect. Even after calling to review the schedule, confirming install time at the template appointment, and checking again at our layout appointment, this company STILL didn't show at the scheduled time and then told us we had a completely different install time. We were also quoted for square footage that turned out to be significantly less than what we needed, forcing us to pay over $1300 than expected after they applied a 15% discount for the mistake (after our countertops had been removed, of course.) We also arrived to our layout appointment on time to be informed that no one was present who could assist us and had to wait a half hour beyond our scheduled appointnent time to be helped.
To top it off, the installers forgot a small piece of stone when they came. Today I received a call at work that they were waiting at our house to install it - no appointment, no heads up. The piece is being left for us to install ourselves now.
Your time is not valuable to this company. Organization is not their forte.
The materials offered are beautiful but not worth the headache of dealing with U S. Granite.

Our experience with U.S. Granite was absolutely 5 stars! Beautiful selection of granite. Very professional and helpful team. Installation was less than a week after template! They did a beautiful job! All counters were perfectly spotless and sealed after installation. We are thrilled with the end result. Just gorgeous. Will upload photos after we pick out and install backsplash.

I had a great experience with US Granite. The team was helpful, responsive, and made the whole process easy. They had a great selection of stone and relationships with other stone warehouses so I could look at even more options. Ultimately I went with a beautiful slab they had on site. I would highly recommend them!

I am a 3-time customer who highly recommends U. S. Granite. First of all, the showroom is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. There is a large selection of lovely stones to select from with very reasonable prices, and an incredible selection of tile as well. I first did my kitchen counters with them, and was so happy that I later hired them to do my master bath vanity tops and after a while my hall bathroom as well. They did an awesome job with all 3 projects!

We just had our new counter tops installed this past week. I can't tell you how beautiful they are and how much more elegant my kitchen is. We dealt with a great sales lady, Yelena and the owner. I have to say that I'm completely happy with everything! We had many quotes from other area granite companies and I'm very pleased that we went with US Granite. The installers were very polite,especially Carlos. I would recommend them for work in any kitchen!
