I brought a 1976 classic 13' boston whaler to Paradise Marine for the finishing touches on a restoration project. Ed and Alan did an excellent job. They quickly located and installed a new Yamaha 40 HP motor. They installed a new helm, steering system, seats and bow light. These guys are the go to boat mechanics in central CT. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Highly recommended!

They have had my Jet Ski for a year on consignment, fix and sell. Never got fixed, and now the trailer is damaged. I would like to pick it up and can't due to damage. Stopped to see the owner numerous times, and im being avoided. The woman who works there is very pleasant, but getting a callback from someone is impossible. Next step insurance claim or small claims action. I would not recommend them.

Memorial Day weekend…engine acts up…call Paradise figuring I’d leave a message and hear back Tuesday. Nope…they call right back, AND within an hour he’s out on the lake trying to diagnose the issue to save the weekend! While he couldn’t accomplish that due to parts needed the effort was superb and impressive. By Tuesday all was fixed and the issue was behind us. THAT’S customer service!
