I must say I’m very disappointed in this company. The staff was great but the owner is very rude and nasty. He told me to install a mirror in my bathroom was $1,050 after I was given a different quote by his receptionist. The guys came with the mirror and installed it perfectly within one hour. When done they provided me with an invoice that clearly said balance of $780. I wrote the check. I then received a phone call from the service worker stating he made a mistake and I owe another $1,050. I called the store to speak to the owner and he started verbally abusing me. I was kind and respectful and asked him not to yell. I wanted an explanation of why labor costs $1,050 for an hour. That’s more than a surgeon makes. It took two guys and one hour to be exact. Again, I would like to stress the workers were professional and polite. I just don’t feel like overcharging people is fair. I don’t care what town you live in. Everyone should be treated equally. I think others would agree. Use them or not that’s up to you. Professionalism goes a long way.
