Bad bad second time pickup totes here. Minimum 4 hours before they get you loaded. Avoid coming my here. All loading docks are open but no other truck is here. but you still have to wait . This is a 30 mins loading job . Total 5-1/2 hours for empty totes. Lack of management
Drivers beware of how they load.
Make sure the spaces between pallets are filled with airbags.
They are quick to file cargo claims.
Better to skip this place.

I called the number and an automated message tried to sell me a medical alert device.
The load in question paid $1.60 per mile and the cargo claims filed with the load broker was for over $4000.
OTR drivers let that freight sit on their dock if you don't want liability for the way they load product.

Bed customer service I don’t recommend this company for anyone! We trying to contact the sales department and they is very stupid on the phone, they not have time, no return phones calls, We decided to go to the distributor to get more information and again there was no one and the receptionist doesn't know anything about sales. A sign that this company is no good, they just lost a customer with purchases between 200k to 400k per year. I don’t recommend this company!

First time delivering here. Nice people, I stayed overnight and got a dock 7.40 am. They open 8 am. Fast delivery.

Checked in for a pick up was told almost done picking your order as I waited counted 4 more trucks go straight to a door .
