Marvelous company to deal with; terrific workmanship. Staff was top rate; owner exceptional! I interviewed five different firms to install insulation in attic and crawl space ; main body of my home is nearly 100 years old and this was no easy task as the house was built as a seasonal hunting/fishing cabin. ISC stood heads and shoulders above their competition as they were not trying to sell me a "one solution fits all' approach as too many others were. This was a very difficult job ; especially working in the crawl space. The staff were good humored and the foreman Angel was impressive and approachable. Special shout out to Ellen for making things run smoothly! Please don't be put off by four stars; I NEVER give five stars on any product or service until it stands the test of time. However, with the thought, execution, and skill set provided, I anticipate benefits for many years to come. Fred and staff...I cannot thank you enough! p.s. the owner has general contracting experience which is a very big positive when working on an old home such as ours !

Bought a house a little over a month ago. We knew it needed insulation in the attic and needed the rim joints in the basement to be done. Right from the beginning, Ellen told us about the Eversource rebate program for insulation. We were amazed on how easy the appointment set up was, what cost savings we will experience. We had the assessment done which the guys were great at. Raj went through the cost of everything that needed to be done on installation day. Next came the actual insulation job to be done. The crew was absolutely professional & very hard workers. They layed out the sheets so they didn't ruin our floors & on the window sill where the tube of insulation was to reach the room to attic. Angel, the team lead showed me what is going to be done to the bathroom fan exhaust, told me they were blowing the leaves off so glue can set. Had a crewman go into the crawl space that was so tight we didn't think anyone could fit in it under the HVAC area but they had a guy for the job. The crewman that worked the attic did a fantastic job (very need looking). He had me take a look while he held the ladder. Angel again explained the ruler measurement and what was going to be done. Advised me next that they are going do the spray foam on the rim joints and it will smell for an hour in the basement. They cleaned everything up and left a spotless job done!! We are absolutely so happy & amazed at a professional & outstanding crew of men for the job. We HIGHLY recommend Insoluation Solutions of CT for your next homeowner saving experience!

Just an amazing team. Starting from the call to get an appointment to finishing the job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Chris who first came in to look at the job, and give us a quote was very professional, and answered all the questions. He even gave pros and cons of different insulation types. He told us exactly what is needed to make our home energy efficient. After talking to few other companies, I went with Insulation Solutions for my job, as they by far were the most reasonable, and didn't make the job more complicated than it should be. Fred and the team arrived on the day of the job, and walked through what really needed to be done, and what I can expect on the day. The team was efficient, and even laid plastic cover over my furniture so that it doesn't get dirty during the job. They completed the job without disturbing my work routine. Angel walked through the job once it was completed, and cleaned the whole working area. In all the team did really good job, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to get insulation work done.
