The overall experience using ServPro has been excellent. Our kitchen had wastewater damage, and is currently being handled by two teams. - The first team, doing the cleanup and removal, was led by Jose. - Imelda and Ivan brought the initial equipment to dry out the ceiling. - Oscar and Ricardo performed the kitchen demo and brought additional fans to dry the ceiling. There were no issues, and they left everything as clean or cleaner than it started. - Christian and Claudio performed additional moisture testing and removed the fans, dehumidifier and air purifier. Everyone was very prompt, professional, kind, and courteous. I will update once the second team comes in to do repairs.
