These guys are top notch! After a broken pipe wrecked our home, the claims process was not going well. I called giordano and Matt Helped make the process a breeze and made sure I received the amount I was due from insurance.

Giordano and Associates were referred to me by a friend of mine when I had a pipe burst in my basement in January and it changed my life! My insurance claim went from miserable and no hope, to actually getting every single thing that I should have! They were professional, dedicated and answered every call or email that I sent. John and his team went above and beyond for me. If you experience any issues, I would definitely recommend calling them before contacting your insurance company and they try to screw you. I just wished I hired them before I called my insurance!

I was extremely delighted with the results that I received from Giordano associates when I had a loss. They were able to take care of the entire ordeal from start to finish even helping me correct some of the mistakes I made when dealing with the insurance companies Their expertise, professionalism, and down right CARE and CONCERN for my my family's well-being was a RELIEF! John Senior and Jr. and Matthew had made everything All better! I highly recommend that you seek out their services before you either give up or just accept whatever is going to happen with an insurance company because these guys can turn the tide for you!

Giordano and Associates were referred to me by a friend - and I'm so happy they did! I had a burst pipe in my basement and my insurance company was not going to cover the claim until Giordano got involved. John and his team went to work and handled all the negotiations and fought for me to get all the costs covered for my loss and damage to my property. I recommend this hard-working, honest agency without hesitation. I hope to never have another claim, but if I do, my first call will be to the Giordano team. Thank you Giordano Associates!

They were my adjuster after a house fire. Five years after my house was rebuilt and the whole thing was behind us I was served a lawsuit by service master because they didn’t get paid $19,000. I contacted Giordano associates and was told the adjuster who worked our case left the company and took our files. The check was cashed but never given to Service master. Now I am being sued because of their improper actions.
