We had a leak in my house with mold damage. Servpro of Farmington was quick to respond, and at my house the next day to give me an honest and fair quote. They are very professional and are following up with me to keep me informed of what is going on. I have given their information to all of my neighbors as well as business colleagues in case they need any services in the future.

Had the Serve pro team come out to my house and it was a great experience. John and Josh were very professional and took time to ask about what happened. They setup the equipment for drying out the water damage and for moisture control prior to demolition beginning. Really great professional individuals. Surinder K The next team came out to do the demolition and prep the flood damaged room for repair, both Oscar and Piero from the Farmington branch did an awesome job, all the cleanup was done and not a spec of dust left the area they were working in. All the work was completed in a couple of days and they were both very polite and professional. Again a really pleasant experience. Surinder K I also want to give a special thanks to Sabrina Maldonado, she was the first to come visit my home after the flooding incident and she was very polite and professional and asked all the right detailed questions so she could plan the Servpro service in the best way possible. Every step she communicated to me was followed as she had stated and everything was checked by her after each team completed their tasks. Really great project manager and person, and so pleasant to talk to. Servpro is fortunate to have her. Surinder K

John and Mitch were very professional. They proactively covered my floors on the pathway to the basement to ensure they kept my unaffected part of the house clean. They worked hard all day to clean and sanitize a sewage filled basement. Even though my job required them to remove flooring and dry wall, they did so in the least destructive way possible. They were friendly and communicated to me frequently with updates on the house. Great experience
