Darnell was my tech today. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Worked long and hard to clear the drainage pipe, and did succeed to get modest flow. But we were also able to determine where the underground plastic drain pipe had probably collapsed. It will be some added work, but the drain is flowing for the time being.

My A/C unit had a moldy smell coming out of the vents. After calling 4 different companies and them telling me closest appointments were for July/Aug, I found CTB. They booked me within the week. Ben came in and quickly identified were the moldy smell was coming from (Evaporator/Blower assembly compartments) filled with black mold. He recommended not turning on the AC until it was properly cleaned. Unfortunatly he could not clean it the same day, however he found me an appointment for next day ahead of the heat wave that is coming. Jason came the next day and did a deep cleen on the system assemblies and the smell is gone. Both technicians were great, knew what they were doing, easy to work with and explain all the steps from start to finish. I do have to mention the Company prices are on the higher end, however I did not have to wait a month or 2 during summer to get my AC unit inspected and cleaned.
