Tom ALWAYS answers his phone! This was the 2nd time we used Mills Fencing for our yard. He and his crew of 25 years shows up on time, gets to work and installs a beautiful product. We needed a privacy fence when the neighbors cut down 16 trees and within a week Mills Fencing had it up looking beautiful at a very competitive & fair price. we are very happy with the service and product he uses. Would highly recommend.

Tom and his team did a great job installing our vinyl fence. They were extremely professional and got the job done in a timely manner.
Tom was quick to come out and give us a quote. Him and his team came the next week and had our fence installed right away.
Thanks again to Tom and his team, we love our new fence!!

We had 3 company’s come quote a fence for our new home in Glastonbury. Tom took our call and came over within an hour to walk our property with us. He gave us his thoughts on what would look best and a quick quote on the spot and let us know his availability and timeline for installation. Every time we called with any questions, Tom answered and talked everything through with us. His team came out less than 2 weeks from our first meeting and had our fence installed in 3 days, which is impressive given the amount of linear footage needed to enclose our yard. The install team was very polite and worked hard. We are thrilled with the results of our new fence, as are our 2 dogs. I would definitely recommend Tom and Mills Fence Co.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CALLING. Do not waste your time calling Tom at Mills Fence Company! I called Tom about a month ago to get a quote on a fence repair and I gave him my address. He said he would swing by in the next few days to take a look at my fence and get back to me with a quote. 1 week passed and nothing. I called Tom and he said he has been busy because of the rain and he would stop by in a few days. Few days pass and no call so I call him again. He says he swung by but he left the quote in his brief case and would call me back. another week goes by I call him yet again and he says he needs to find his brief case and call me back in 10 minutes. No call back and that was 2 days ago. Here we are 4 almost 5 weeks later and he is yet to call me and give me a quote! Now I know it is just a repair, but I have never have been given such a run around in my life! Very frustrating and he wasted my time! Please do not waste your time with him either! I attached pics of the repair work I never received the quote on.
