Conrad showed up on time and performed an analysis of our A/C issue, identified the problem and provided a quote to repair the immediate problem. In addition he contacted a project manager and scheduled an appointment with someone same day to further discuss our options going forward with our old system. Great communication skills and friendly attitude.
Needed help with my Central Air Conditioning Unit it was not working and it was 90 Degrees in my Condo Unit.
Degree made every effort to get to me. I had to give them a window for repair time. They beat that time by an hour and a half!
Happy with their response time and more than that, the repairs Conrad my tech performed so I’ve stopped sweating!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Jake! He was Professional and courteous, and after he was done, he explained the service that he had performed. I would highly recommend Jake and the people at Degree Heating and Cooling!

Dan did an excellent job and was very friendly and punctual. He did outstanding work and explained everything he completed. Unfortunately, we were not happy with Degree’s bill of $1750+ for parts and only 4 hours of labor. We understand costs have gone up over the last few years but a very steep price for only 4 hours of work with minimal materials. As a result, we will be shopping elsewhere for future HVAC service.

Dan was quick and efficient to diagnose and correct the problem we had with a water leak in the basement. He confirmed my suspicion and had the part fixed in no time flat. I would highly recommend Degree and their fantastic technicians!

Conrad did an outstanding job on our furnace and air conditioning. He corrected a longstanding problem with our heating and cooling efficiency and now our home heats and cools evenly. Before, the system only worked in extremes with polar or tropical conditions. He was polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend him and degree.

I am extremely satisfied with the installation of my Central Air unit. Ryan, Degree technician arrived on time. All work was completed timely. Ryan was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Finally, he did a great job on cleanup.

Degree Heating and Cooling just replaced our gas boiler. Stephen Joseph was the boiler expert on the job. Steve lead a team of workers with attention to detail at every turn. The team working on our installation, including Steve were aware of their surroundings making sure the old boiler made it out through our house without a glitch. One of the owners, John came to our house to understand the extent of the job. When calling Degree, all employees in the office were friendly and helpful. Rives, our first contact with Degree was thorough in the choices we had. Overall we made the right decision choosing Degree!
