Don't let this company even get close to your house. Absurd 4 hour inspection that included 15 items that were either completely false, exaggerated or not applicable to my home. Obviously they don't understand basic construction codes. I fixed all items within a few days but the buyers ran away scared.

Kevin power was my home inspector and was so great and informative he did 90% of the inspection with no power due to a pole being out, drove down the street once he was done and turned around to finish the rest when he noticed street lights came back on thereby saving me time and honey. I was referred to Sunrise Home Inspection and Kevin Powers by Gateway Mortgage Services and WOW! It was a very easy process to schedule, sign paperwork and pay for our service. From the first call Kevin and his team answered every question my fiancée and I had before scheduling the service. When we met for the inspection, we arrived about 15 minutes early, and Kevin was already there. Introduced himself and explained the process to us. He encouraged us to go through the entire inspection with him closely so he could show us everything he was doing and checking on as well as educate us on specifics we had questions about. He had excellent turn around time on the inspection report (same day!) and truly made us feel at ease going through the home with a fine tooth comb ensuring we were aware of every material fact of the properties condition.
