I highly recommend Scott and his team when you are in need of someone to advocate for you. His ability to fight for you with the utmost professionalism, all the while being compassionate and genuinely caring while you are dealing with the wide range of emotions, was impressive. Dealing with so many people who are simply trying to take advantage of our tragedy, Scott was a breath of fresh air. I think the only reason I came out of this situation fairly sane was due to him!

Our family endured a devastating total loss, our home and all of our belongings due to a house fire. We were approached by many adjusters during the night of the fire and were overwhelmed by all that was occurring. Our insurance company adjuster met us the next morning at the house and guided us through what we thought we needed to know at the time, including not needing a public adjuster. We thought everything was good, gave us information, seemed to be on our side, feeling very bad for what had happened. From there, the story goes….Battle after battle, being told “NO” over and over and avoiding answers we had questions on with regards to our policy. We met Scott Terra through a mutual acquaintance. He promptly came by and explained what his services were and what would change for us if he were to handle our claim. Scott has vast knowledge of the Insurance Industry and guided us through our policy, what we were initially entitled to as well as all that the Insurance adjuster had declined to mention. Scott’s professionalism, knowledge and commitment to obtain the best settlement for us has gone over and beyond expectations. We cannot say enough on how he has helped our family professionally and emotionally during this time. Please do your homework on Public Adjusters, not all are the same nor will look out for your best interest. Insurance companies want your premiums but do not like to pay out what you are actually entitled to, should a claim occur. Scott has done a terrific job for us to ensure we receive EVERYTHING we are entitled to from our claim. He works non-stop 24/7 and is very persistent. Thank you Scott! You are definitely top of the class and would highly recommend!

We had a tree come down on our home which damaged our siding and our roof. Originally our insurance company wanted to settle the claim for $7k which would have covered basic patchwork to fix the damage. Scott negotiated our claim and got 7x more than our original settlement to help cover all of our siding and all of our roof. His experience and professionalism were second to none!!! We cannot express how grateful we are to have had him on our side. It took all the stress out of the ordeal. Thank you Scott for your exceptional service and all of you hard work in getting our claim settled properly!!! Highly recommend Scott and New England Premier Adjusting!!!

Scott Terra at New England Premier Adjusting is a true professional. I wanted to extend a huge thank you to you and your company for helping us with our recent Water Damage. He quickly responded to our call and was with us every step of the way. He was there both physically and emotionally throughout the entire process. He was available 24/7 and was able to answer all of my questions and explain the process thoroughly even when he went on vacation.
