I recently had the pleasure of hiring Keno Electrical System (KES) to update the electrical panel in my home, and I am beyond impressed with both the quality of work and the level of professionalism he displayed throughout the process. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, Keno was outstanding. He was incredibly thorough in explaining what the update would entail. His transparency about the process and the costs involved was refreshing/educating and greatly appreciated. The update to my electrical panel was completed efficiently and with great attention to details, he took extra measures to rerun the cables through the studs which would allow the basement to have a clean finish when completed. His service also enhanced the safety and functionality of my home's electrical system, all while ensuring compliance with current electrical codes. I found my new electrician for life! I was having issues getting a pretty basic quote for a generator house plug from my previous electrician and decided to give Keno a call based on his stellar reviews. We spoke for a half hour and he couldn’t have been more patient or friendly. He was even able to give me a great, reasonable quote over the phone, sight unseen (which he also stuck to when he wrote it up at my house). He’s so nice that he even encouraged me to give my other electrician a chance to get back to me before making a final decision to go with him. I did wait a couple weeks, decided it was time to move on, and gave Keno a call. He was there within a couple days and was able to install the plug hours before a big rain and wind storm hit. I spent most of the time he was here just chatting with him because he’s quite frankly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Once he was done we tested it out to make sure everything worked and he provided me with a step-by-step instruction print out. He also said I could give him a call whenever I needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Seriously this man is the GOAT of electricians. Do not hesitate to call him for any of your in-home electrical needs. Like me, you’ll have a new electrician for life! Thanks Keno, appreciate you!
