Eagle inspected my “antique” home (built in 1700s) for me before I purchased. Their team was professional, responsible, thorough, and helpful. They were also very flexible scheduling with me, which was wonderful since I had to travel from out of town for the inspection. Their report - which they turned around for me in just one day - was extremely informative and helped my family understand what the issues might be in the home if we went ahead with the purchase. Highly recommend!

I was a customer in 2019. I did a cross country move from Washington State to Connecticut. The inspection missed multiple things including two holes in the wall that went all the way through to the outside. I understand they are not a licensed electrician but the electrical panel was hidden behind the boiler and wasn’t up to code. when we first turned on the AC unit the house had a brown out, we also have multiple light switches that don’t do anything. We also had issues with our plumbing that were missed within the inspection. That was just the beginning of the nightmares we had with this house.

I had a fantastic experience! Marley was wonderful and incredibly helpful accommodating an inspection that worked for my client’s schedule. The inspector, Armand, was pleasant, very detailed, and handled the inspection professionally and thoroughly, even with the heavy rain that day. Additionally, Mary Ellen was great answering questions, even after office hours. And to wrap it all up, the inspection was delivered promptly, and my client was very pleased with the whole process. We recently had our new home inspected by Mike Zalewski at Eagle. Mike did an outstanding job and was very thorough. He had excellent communication skills and technical skills and answered all my questions in a comprehensive manner. The report was clear and easy to digest and quite useful in our negotiation with the seller. Responsiveness - we called on a Monday (which was a federal holiday) and scheduled our inspection for the following Saturday morning - very prompt! Highly recommended!

Eagle Home Inspection sent two inspectors to the house I am considerIng purchasing. They did a very thorough inspection. The inspection report was detailed and included photographs. They made recommendations for repairs and explained issues with the house. Eagle also gave us a military service price discount. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Mike came right on time. So personable and explained EVERYTHING in terms I could understand. I am a note taker and took down all the info I could for future reference and maintenance. He told me how often I should change filters, tanks, etc...how i should clean the dryer vent. showed me how to undo and redo certain tasks. I felt very comfortable with the inspection and the information given. I highly recommend this company. Glad they were recommended to ME!

Im not going to say that they are a bad company because i would be lying. But in my case, their inspection did not help me at all. Based on their inspections , the house was in great shape with just very little details to fix. 3 days after i moved, the basement got flooded. When i contact the closing attorney , he asked for an estimate of the damages and suggested me to contact my insurance, and so i did. When the insurance came to inspect the house, the first thing the asked was if i had a home inspection before i purchased the house. They suggested me to call the city because they found visible violations, which they wonder how come they missed them. For my good luck, the city came the next day. Long story short, house pretty much needs to be gutted. My sumpump its right in front of the breaker box.plus sumpump its conected to the sewer( its completely illegal) the high of the cealing etc just to name a few… Trusting in this inspection we went ahead and purchased this nightmare of a house. Its not really their fault , but their job could have helped us to avoid all this horrible experience. I would never recommend them. To me their job was just a fast job. In my case they saw that the house was nicely painted and looked like new, and forgot to check the real important things. Thanks eagle

First time home buyer here...this company truly made this nerve wrecking process smooth. I was given a follow up call to schedule the home inspection. Our inspector, Marley, was such a pleasure to work with. She was detailed, efficient, knowledgeable, and knew how to explain details.
We received our reports the following day. I had questions regarding the report and was able to call back and get a thorough explanation. I highly recommend Eagle Home Inspections.
