Armando came out and was super courteous, professional, and got the job done much quicker than I would have expected (redoing plumbing for a sink and fixing a corroded and leaking brass pipe. He also gave some good pointers and advice. Really excellent work!
The service here is priceless. Honestly they here to solve the issue. They have an amazing business model, which is treating customers like a friend/ family. They have my business forever. Best plumbing and hvac service in CT. I would highly to get their membership as they cover tune up and inspection. Also the membership gives you discount. Thank you Mike for helping me..

Good day. I had some work done in my basement. The worker ( Armando was polite and courteous) The problem I have was after the work was completed they didn't reinstall the one sheet rock that was removed. They said an electrician was suppose to come an install a outlet for sump pump because there would probably be an inspection. I contacted the company twice. Which they said they would get an electrician and hang the one piece of Sheet rock back. I haven't heard back from service relief since April. I was disappointed that they didn't get back to me with an explanation or to complete the repair. I wanted to use their services again but was waiting to see if they would complete the repair but so far nothing.If this changes I will update.

I had an amazing experience with Armando Centeno at Service Relief with an emergency plumbing situation. Armando communicated what the problem was and timeline for completion and coordinated with MDC to diagnose and fix a larger issue. He was personable and did a great job fixing the valve for my main water line. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we had Service Relief perform work in our house. They are consistent and very professional. My water heater started leaking overnight and Service Relief provided a very reasonable quote. Armando was very friendly and explained everything perfectly about the financials and permit process. The installation took a little less than two hours and they were very careful with my furniture and walls. Overall very satisfied with their work and definitely will give them a call again for future work.

I recently had the pleasure of having Martian and Nick from Service Relief come out to my grandmother's house to fix a leaky faucet, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and very efficient in diagnosing and solving the problem. Not only did they do an outstanding job with the repair, but they also offered it at a great price that was very reasonable. It's rare to find such reliable and skilled plumbers who take pride in their work and offer such fair pricing. I have nothing but good things to say about Armando! We had an emergency plumbing issue in our basement today, and Service Relief was able to get him to come by on short notice. He was very thorough in explaining the problem, its source and how we can repair it. He was friendly and had a very professional demeanor, and gave us a detailed breakdown of different services he could perform to meet our immediate needs and those in the future. He was also very courteous and considerate while in our home, he wore booties when going in and out of the basement. Let me tell you, do not hesitate to call Service Relief for your plumbing needs, they really do provide relief from the stress of dealing with plumbing issues. We will be forever clients (especially if Armando is our service technician) We are so grateful for his help today!

I called Service Relief for emergency service with a drain clog and they fit me in very quickly! Armando was the technician who came to my house and he is the reason for the 5 stars. Armando was incredibly polite and respectful but also explained the problem well. It was not an easy or quick fix but he did a great job and left things spotless before he left. Thank you I will definitely call again and highly recommend Service Relief/Armando.
