We hired Joan and her team to design and make new curtains for our recently remolded kitchen. Joan responded quickly, came out to our home the following day, than we had several more appointments picking out beautiful fabrics, such a gorgeous selection! Needless to say, the curtains are stunning. The work by the seamstress is exquisite. I give this company a 5 star across the board. Also, Joan is concerned about her clients budget and offers suggestions as to how to cut costs that do not interfere with the quality. We are so pleased that we are going back to Joan for some additional shades/ curtains for the family room.
We recently moved into a new build home and needed window treatments for every room. Joan was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Each installation was done perfectly. We love the results and highly recommend Joan and Elegant Windows.

Joan was very helpful in helping us decide which blinds to purchase for our bedrooms and den. We had curtains that we bought but never put up that her recommended seamstress made into very handsome valences. Installation by James was excellent as well. Thank you!

We couldn't be happier with the roller shades we purchased from Joan at Elegant Windows. Joan and her son were phenomenal to work with. We got our products quickly and they were installed professionally in no time. We are so glad we decided NOT to do it ourselves. The product we purchased came with a lifetime warranty. Would highly recommend Elegant Windows to anyone in need of shades/blinds/curtains in the greater Middlebury area!

Elegant Windows did an amazing job! I just finished building my home and wanted shades that were virtually nonexistent when up (to preserve the airy look and feel of the room), but were also high quality and matched the decor when down. Joan was amazing at selecting the right type of treatment and the right colors for each room. We have light filtering in some rooms and room darkening in other rooms. The install was quick and every room looks perfect!
