Have purchased about 17 Hunter Douglas shades and blinds for the entire house from Middlesex Shades & Blinds. We had a problem with the operation of one of the blinds. Mike was able to return the blind under warranty and install a replacement. Otherwise, all of the blinds are great and superior customer service from Mike and Vinny.

Vinny and Mike really are “the best!” They are extremely professional, give excellent advice, and do beautiful work ... they commit to a project with an “all-in” attitude ... they take great pride in their work and take the time necessary to get things done the right way ... customer satisfaction is their highest priority ... they are a first class operation, they are a great team, and besides all that, it’s just plain fun working with them. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a great experience with Middlesex Shades and Blinds from start to finish. Every step of the way, the service was excellent from the initial visit to the showroom to view samples, to coming to measure and install. During our visit to the showroom, Mike was very helpful discussing and explaining our options. Vinny and Mike are a top notch team that are extremely professional and efficient and really know their products. One small problem with the product after installation was promptly handled above and beyond our satisfaction. We highly recommend Middlesex Shades and Blinds and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Joyce S
