Appreciate the entire Servpro team. Archie, Tony, Trevor and Jorge were prompt, courteous and professional. They were there every step of the way to ensure water damaged caused by a leaky pied didn’t create additional mold problems in our home.

Tony Lopez was very professional, prompt, and very up front about how the process works annd thoroughly advised us of each step along the way. The crew as always on time and friendly to talk to. There was never a doubt about their experience or competency. Would hire them again in a heartbeat (but hope we never have to)!

I had a major water event in my house; and because of the timing of the event, I had to call Servpro Middletown before I had any opportunity to speak to my insurance company. Not only did they respond immediately, they worked directly with my insurance company to resolve the work, billing, etc. The mitigation team was so outstanding in this regard - as well as mitigating the situation - I felt extremely comfortable allowing the re-build team to restore my home. I don't have the words to express my appreciation to the project manager, Mike Weston, and his contractor, for how they restored my home. Not only did they again work directly with my insurance company to work out approvals for the work that was needed, but they took the care to finish the work with the quality of a high-end homebuiilder. They didn't simply work a punch list, but took the time and care to make sure any items surrounding the approved scope of work were cared for. I am extremely appreciative of their conscientiousness and their commitment to quality. Even more importantly, Mike and ServPro Middletown turned a stressful situation into a perfect storm. No one wants to go through such events; but if it has to happen, I recommend Mike Weston and Servpro Middletown to give you the best chance of getting back to a normal, and possibly improved, living space.

If you find yourself in need of a service they provide, I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Middletown/New Britain. From start to finish they made the process (of a difficult situation) extremely easy. They also showed compassion and patience. I was able to have what I needed taken care of in a total of 4 days from when I made my first inquiry call (including pick up of materials left). Stephen met me the next day at the site to discuss and Christian was there the next day to remediate the situation. I was not able to be on site to meet Christian but he was extremely communicative throughout the process. He called to tell me when he would be there, took photos before and after to show me what he did as well as calling when he was finished. He was also very tidy. Stephen was also very helpful in coordinating and remained communicative throughout. he answered my phone calls not matter what time of day. Once the work was completed I began to work with Jason with regard to the billing which he made very easy and took the time to explain everything. It was much appreciated that they were kind and accommodating during a difficult time.
