I've had Rey here several times already and he's installed a vanity and sink as well as a medicine cabinet. I'm hoping to get him here to install an attic vent as well as a bathroom exhaust fan. Rey is extremely knowledgeable in plumbing and carpentry. Attaching the small old water lines was no easy task. His prices are fair and he is a personable guy. Hard to believe any negative comments about him.

Nice man but… he is *NOT* a handyman/carpenter. I hired him to install/replace doors and he butchered them (see pics). When he showed me his "completed" work, I was speechless. He told me I would never see all the gaps and screw holes because he was going to fill them with caulking (I just needed to paint them)! He left a world of mess for us to clean up (lumber with nails, sawdust and wood pieces everywhere). He also scratched our new floors and walls and ruined our door moldings. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews like we were. BEWARE!!! Note: the pics are what he did to a brand NEW door!

I can’t say enough great things about Rey and his work! I hired Rey to do several projects around the house, including the unexpected garage frame which had very large water damage. The finished projects came out amazing! He has a solid, professional demeanor, courtesy, communication, knowledge, and craftsmanship is far above the average. His work speaks for itself.
