Good dude. We've had Tim come out a couple times - and he's been everything we could ask for in a service provider. Quality work, fair price, punctual, friendly. I only wish we had more garage doors so we could give him more work!

Tim with Big Guy Garage Doors was awesome. I called him mid-morning and he was able to make it out to my house and fix the problem by lunch time. Super personable and explained the issues with my door and how to prevent them in the future, he even gave me a couple extra maintenance tips. I would highly recommend and will be calling him for any future needs!

Tim is amazing. I had a malfunctioning old garage door and had reached out to Tim to provide an estimate regarding repairs/replacement. I found him on Google search. He arrived on time, very professional and I'm not exaggerating here - he figured the problem within the first 10 seconds and recommended a short term solution for a very reasonable price and he had the garage door functioning normally in an hour. He also lubricated the garage door rollers and railings. I'd recommend him wholeheartedly and consider myself lucky to have found such a reasonable and knowledgeable professional.

An absolute class act! I recently used Big Guy Garage Doors after having met Tim when he stopped at my children's lemonade stand and I was truly blown away by every aspect of our experience. I reached out on a Sunday and within hours received a phone call back. I explained the urgency of our situation and Tim arrived first thing Monday morning. Not only is he clearly an expert, he is friendly, trustworthy and efficient. He bent over backwards to finish the job right away and made the extra effort to come back the next day to ensure everything was working properly and to reexplain the new key pad. Personable, small town service at it's absolute best!
