NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY the owner is even worse! He originally quoted us $575 ($150 deposit) for a job, 3 movers for a 2BR upstairs downstairs Apt! Then my wife did it and she was quoted $610/$180 deposit! Fast forward to 9/23/23 the movers were 2 hrs late (owners fault according to close source) and there were only 2 movers! It took them 5 hrs just to load the truck, granted they were a man short! When they arrived to the drop off point the owner basically held our stuff hostage saying, we had to pay roughly $400 more than originally quoted because the job took longer! I asked “Jay” the owner, why the change he goes into an emotional rant and told me to pay or they won’t unload, saying he’s been in business for 16 years & then hung up on me while trying to have a civil conversation about pricing! I was made aware that the movers thought they were only moving a ONE BEDROOM OR LESS via paperwork! So they too were screwed over taking them 10 hrs to finish! We had plans to tip the workers but couldn’t because we had to pay $400 ($985) more! Worst conversation I’ve had with a “BUSINESS MAN” about something I thought we could resolve like humans! I sent him the original digital receipt via Text message and referred him to check our old messages to see what he originally quoted us! He stated those numbers were wrong and had to update his website! If I could give ZERO stars I would! I’ll never do ANY type of business with him again! Definitely no referrals! Please take my advice and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! ??

The absolute worse company ever. This was the biggest move of my life and Jayda made my move a living hell experience. He picked an argument with me and choosing to communicate only on his behalf. He claims he’s professional and doesn’t do people wrong yet I’ve been waiting over a month for a refund for a service that was NEVER given to me. His company was supposed to transport my car and furniture. My furniture was dropped off LATE and my car was never transported I had to get another company to do the job and now he refuses to give my FULL refund for the car claiming he gave me a discount NO I paid you for a job that you didn’t complete so a refund was owed.

I made an appointment for 3/31 and made sure that they worked on the holiday. The movers never came and the owner Jay said that he would compensate me and give me a discount for his mistake. On 4/1 they showed up a whole hour and a half late with a van that couldn't hold everything so they had to make two trips. They tried to charge me overtime and the price was 200 more then was originally quoted and they never gave me any discount. They held my stuff hostage untill I paid them.

Awww man, where do I even begin? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, The owner-Jay is a crook Unprofessional, late, then charged us for his own mistake. Hung up on us when we asked for an explanation on pricing, leaving his movers to deal with issues they aren't even aware of. Just for them to not even complete they job they were hired for. Absolute Garbage of a person and a company

The mover gave me the estimate and charged me double the price. He’s a scam and be aware of it. Absolutely do not trust him.

ABE will charge you in full before unloading your belongings from their truck. I discovered major damage to a table once it was placed in my home. You will get ZERO cooperation from the owner who refuses to file a claim with insurance. You are stuck with the loss. They wrapped my belongings in plastic, not blankets. That should have been a warning. Make your own decision, but don't be penny-wise and pound-foolish like I was. Cannot recommend this company. Totally regret my decision.

These pictures are from a full service move to the next town. I paid 5K and did NOT receive professional or timely service. They tried charging and extra 1k and tried to hold my belongings hostage. They will lose your items and lie about it. They wrapped and taped things excessively like why wrap a can of ginger beer??? It was totally wasteful! Now days later, his workers did return some of my items, and put boxes in the right space, but they never delivered the custom made vanity they packed. Jay said they never saw the vanity and never packed it, but his workers remembered the vanity and even carefully packed the bulbs. This was the worse move ever, by far!! and I have completed multiple full service and cross country moves. Of note, the movers seemed nice and unaware of their boss' (Jay) deceptive business practices. I didn't know who to believe. The whole thing was a big mess!
