I had a granite kitchen countertop installed by JF Granite in October 2018. They have a good selection of stones at very reasonable price. They are one company with no middleman. Seamless service from order to installation. Clear explanation on the process. Will recommend to people I know.
we absolutely LOVE juliana & franco! they are the best to work with - fair prices, hard workers, and amazing products!! they aim to please like no one else. we’ve worked on a primary bathroom, a powder room, a wet bar, and a kitchen with a 12 foot long island (which they pulled off with NO SEAM!) and every time their team amazes. look no further and just get your stone here - you will not regret it!!

Do not recommend. While they did take measurements and complete the install quickly, that was the only good expiration I've had. The measurements weren't correct causing the overhang to be inconsistent. They cut the seam open to adjust but was told multiple times that it still wasn't correct. After a full day of corrections, it was as good as it was going to get. 7 months after install, the seam popped. While they did attempt to correct, it's still not right. I've scheduled 3 different appointments with them to correct but they don't show up or call. Now, when I reach out to them, they no longer respond to me. I've filed a complaint with BBB hoping to get resolved and they haven't responded to BBB either. While I understand mistakes happen, I've been more then fair in allowing them to correct the issue.

Juliana made the whole process so easy. The granite work done looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company. Definitely be using them again in the future

My countertop looks so amazing and the price for a beautiful piece of quartz was so much more reasonable than other places. They were good to work with, on time and cleaned up well.

What a great find! Just had a marble fireplace surround placed. A more complicated design required a few measurements and three visits. Franco, the owner, was incredibly careful, detail oriented and personally involved in order to make sure that everything went smoothly. The fireplace looks fantastic and every one of the multiple pieces fit PERFECTLY. (I wish I knew how to attach a photo.) Have used other marble fabricators in the area and JF Granite & Marble was more reasonable and more pleasant to work with. Great selection in their showroom. Highly recommend. Thanks Franco.

This place is amazing. I highly recommend it. We had such a great experience there. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They let us walk around and look at their huge inventory of beautiful slabs. The facility is beautiful up front. They let us take a large scrap of the quartz we liked with us to match with our cabinets for free. No other place in the area compares to this place. We are definitely going to do all of our business here.

A+! No middleman. Juliana (owner) and Igor were extremely helpful. Beautiful selection of stone. Even though they do many very high end homes, they were very helpful and extremely reasonable when I needed to do an inexpensive countertop upgrade before selling a home. Got estimates for least expensive options from three different companies and JF Granite was the best price (thousands less!) They did a professional installation on the home all the way in Orange County NY. The countertops were made within a week!!! They also made me a nice little corner countertop for a small bathroom cabinet. It’s nice working with someone who actually owns the company and gives you straight answers immediately. Also, turn around time is extremely fast. No job too big or small for this company and you get the same great customer service regardless.

My countertops were installed yesterday and are beautiful. The installers were great and perfectionists. They measured one week and installed the next. I couldn't be happier. I feel terrible my air conditioning was broken and the three young men never complained. Thank you for the beautiful job.

Have used this company for many years. Their prices are extremely fair. They have an abundance of quality products and their customer service is extraordinary. Would highly recommend anyone in need of counters to go to their showroom and speak to one of their many professionals

I have used Franco and his team for over 10 installs on various projects. He always has fair pricing and his service is second to none! I guarantee you will not be disappointed! The quality of the product also can't be beat. One time we had a demanding client who wanted a large 2" thick island. Franco brought his forklift to the site to be able to accommodate our clients needs!

We renovated our kitchen and found the perfect piece of granite the only problem was it already had a sold sign on it. Juliana was able to find a piece just like the one we missed out on and Franco and his team did a fantastic job creating our counter top and installing them. The only place to go for your kitchen and bathroom needs.
