Had a terrific experience here. Chloe was very patient with us as we changed our minds several times, and she was very helpful in telling us about the style trends, materials, etc. The team that installed our quartz countertops was also great -- taking care to protect our floors and cleaning up before they left. They did a beautiful job, and we love our new countertops.

We just had our kitchen countertops replaced by this company. They made it so easy. We visited many other local firms before finding them right before the bridge on route 7 in New Milford. We met Chloe when we first walked in and she handled our purchase from beginning to end. She made it so simple right from the start. We selected the quartz top after bringing samples back and forth a few times and then Tony came out and made a template of our current setup. He was extremely meticulous. Which is exactly what you need as you don’t get a second chance with the stone cut. We then added a sink purchase elsewhere and left that with Tony to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. On the day of installation the crew was extremely professional and completed the install without any issues.
Thank you Chloe, Tony and the rest of the team!! We couldn’t be happier.

My husband and I would highly recommend Marble & Granite Creations. From start to finish we had an amazing experience. You are NOT just a number here! Our project started with Chloe in the showroom. She was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. Such a pleasure to work with. The crew that did the installation were wonderful. You will not be disappointed. Tony was as kind as he was talented. We couldn't be happier.

The owner refuses to quote more than 3-4 samples per job and did not make us aware of that. They refused to quote any more samples for us unless we committed to using them. Although the sales person who helped us was very nice, the owner runs the show and lacks any sense of customer service.

My small job got great attention. Tony an old world craftsmen. Meticulous measuments, perfect results.
Beautiful showroom with design help by Brie. Great selection. Lovely tile, granite,, quartz and marble. Competitive pricing.

The countertop is beautiful. The installation and customer service was terrible. We realized immediately after the installation that our drawers no longer shut. After discussing this with both Debbie and Tony, they agreed to come back and look at the work. We then got the run around about each of them being on vacation at different times which I assume now was a way to avoid resolution. In the end, they insisted it was a carpentry issue and refused to come out and even look at the problem. They were very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and Tony Haddad and his staff provided and installed our beautiful quartz counter tops. The entire experience was exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From our first showroom visit with Deborah Stewart throughout Tony's detailed template production and the prompt installation we were convinced we made the right choice dealing with Marble & Granite Creations. Outstanding! Even with nasty weather and a long day, these guys showed up and carried a 350 pound slab of granite up to the second floor AND installed it in less than an hour. Beautiful work and GREAT price. What a pleasure to work with them.
