Seems good so far. The price was reasonable and everyone has been easy to work with. Anthony stopped by and explained the service and procedure. He seemed really nice. Due to the weather I wasn’t able to get the full tick treatment, so he texted the office and we scheduled that right away with no fuss. Update: It’s been a few months and Moxie just came back for my second treatment. So far I am very Happy. All the technicians have been professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Today, George was super nice. He let me know everything he was doing. Made a few recommendations helped me examine areas for mice, and updated me on my mouse bait situation. So far I have not seen a lot of mouse activity since they started treating. Great service at a reasonable price so far.

Yesterday was our second visit. Devan came out. He was professional and upbeat upon knocking to announce his arrival. He listened to my concern that the prior treatment for ants didn't seem to make an impact. He explained what he could do to readdress/step up services on that issue and asked what else I wanted to discuss. Took note of a new gnat (I think that's what they were I'm no pro) issue which he said he would check out. He then got to work on the service. When done, he knocked again to announce completion with the same happy upbeat attitude and professionalism. He did say that there may be some residual ants (I mean the lawn was loaded) between now and the next visit. I see many less hills this morning, so fingers crossed we are on the way to resolving an outdoor ant problem. Thanks Devan for your courtesy, concern, professionalism and laughs! 1st service went great. They were able to get a truck out just a day after I spoke to the sales guy. Everyone I’ve spoken to has explained everything. The tech, Khaleel was super friendly and again explained everything to make sure I know what I signed up for the day before. He explained all the treatments he was preforming and showed me the bees nest he was able to pull down. I’ve been very pleased with the sales and service so far. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
