Purchased my pool 5 years ago and cannot say enough about how happy I have been with Rizzo Pools. I have been in touch with several employees, and the owner with questions, issues and much needed help over the years. Everyone associated with the company has been fair, honest and helpful. The owner has gone above and beyond countless times to make sure I am happy and when I requested more work he has been extremely fair with prices. I reach out often with questions and the owner has no problem getting back to me and is always happy to help, even on weekends! I recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing a pool, jacuzzi or any products associated.

Last spring I purchased my first house with a pool. I had zero idea what I was in for but I know my family is going to love it. Couldn’t figure out anything. Rizzo was the only company that wasn’t booking 4 weeks out when I called. Rizzo was at my place in a few days. Diagnosed a dead pump, assisted me with my purchase, came back in a few days and installed the new pump, DE Filter was then in need of a valve replacement. Boom, Rizzo guided me with that purchase and install. Pool has been clean piece all last summer and now this summer. Had Rizzo close my pool. Was more than I anticipated but when I opened my pool this year myself, everything snapped in place and fired right up. They didn’t beat me up on the invoice, which is why I use them again and again. Appreciate the expert level of service. They come when they say they plan to and yeah. Sometimes service calls can be quick. That’s what expertise does for you. Doesn’t matter that it took 5-10 minutes. It only matters that it’s fixed, right, the first time. Would you rather pay some bone head for 2 hours of labor and maybe he fixed it correctly or maybe he’s robbing you blind. Rizzo has taken care of my needs and they are “My POOL peeps” ✊? I personally recommend Rizzo.

I’m a first time homeowner here in central CT. I attempted to open my pool up by myself and when the water wouldn’t budge I was lost and feeling discouraged. My sister recommended Rizzo’s. They had redone her pool liner and she was extremely pleased with them. I called and they were quick to respond and schedule. Edgar came out, took one look and my pool, and I kid you not, within 12 minutes had the water clearing up! He gave me some follow instructions and now the pool has gone from Shrek’s swamp to a Sandal’s resort. I’m so glad I called them and would recommend them to anyone having issues with their pool. 10/10!

I recently had the vinyl liner for my inground pool replaced by Rizzo pools. Rick was amazing and worked very quickly to clear the debris from the pool, remove the old liner, install the new liner, and haul away the discarded materials. My family is still marveling over how fast he worked and we all agree the installation is flawless. The customer service Andrew provided throughout the process was also stellar. No matter how many times I phoned with a million questions Andrew was available to address them and was always a pleasure to talk to. From the quotation to the cleanup this process was a breeze thanks to Rizzo Pools!

Edgar was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our hot tub pump, explained the issue we had. Explained everything he was doing and why. He even stayed a little longer and made sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend Rizzo pools for pool or hot tub service.

I should have written this review at the end of March and feel badly for just getting to it now, especially after such amazing service. I reached out to Rizzo Pools when a refurbished hot tub I purchased leaked before I ever got in. I was very impressed at how quickly I was able to have someone come out and look at it. Enter Edgar! He was amazing right from the moment he stepped out of the truck. He quickly found and fixed the issue and did not talk down to me, but rather explained things to me kindly and answered all of my questions. Edgar even caught another issue I had not known about and helped point me in the right direction for ordering what I would need since it's an older hot tub. I researched the issue Edgar found and he was 100% correct. He was not trying to sell me anything extra or extra services. He is a kind and genuine guy. I hope Rizzo Pools know what a great asset Edgar is to their company. I would easily recommend Rizzo Pools to anyone based this experience and I would definitely work with them in the future.

James is amazing . He installed a 20x40 inground saltwater with a heater!! Caribbean liner!. I love it , I feel I am in the Bahamas... He is ingenious, he found a large Boulder that could serve as a diving rock installed it and you'd think he is done with me after paying him the big bucks. He responds to my texts for additional maintenance or pool related questions. Above all, he is an honest dude.
