Fiore Custom Pools exemplified honesty and integrity throughout the process. Their expertise and professionalism were exceptional. Not only did they deliver a high-quality installation on time, but they also demonstrated genuine care for our satisfaction. Choosing Fiore Custom Pools not only means getting a beautiful pool but also supporting good people in business. They've truly transformed our backyard into a haven of joy and relaxation!
We have owned our pool for 32 years, and have had experiences with a number of pool companies who have serviced us with openings, closings and periodic maintenance, but this season we came upon Fiore Custom Pools, and have never been more satisfied to date! From the onset of our initial visit with Dave to assess our needs, to the weekly vacuums, we were met with professionalism beyond our expectations. Dave and his crew are communicative, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive.
We have scheduled our closing, and are confident this too will be a seamless success.

Fiore Custom Pools does beautiful work. Dave has a wealth of institutional knowledge and he can design, execute and troubleshoot. His team is friendly and they work hard. I have experienced Fiores work from building in-grounds to openings and technical issues and I am always confident he will take care of it. Highly recommend giving Dave a call.

In summer 2020 Fiore Pools installed our beautiful and amazing 36x18 in ground vinyl liner pool with sun shelf & heater. This was a complex project as an old buried pool & patio needed to be removed first. Dave and his team gave it 110% and rapidly removed the old & got going installing the new. Despite pandemic delays, Dave got our pool built quickly (3 weeks) and the project came out awesome! Dave was helpful in designing the pool and coordinating permits and working with our electrician whom he recommended. We had our own patio person but, they were able to time things up fairly well with Dave and everything came together. Dave regraded the yard and we had him put in special fill for patio. Dave is a perfectionist and hard worker! His team works just as hard and the quality is excellent. We have also had them close and open our pool since then and they got our pool up and running and swimmable within a week of opening. They also came to open and close when I asked. They added a salt filter for summer 2021 (it was a pandemic back order) and that worked awesome this past summer! Thanks Fiore Custom Pools!

After meeting with a number of local installers, we chose to work with Dave and his team for our pool project. Our project required the removal/reinstallation of our septic system. Dave put us in contact with a local contractor and the folks at the QVHD to ensure that was done promptly and efficiently. As soon as that was completed and we had the appropriate approvals to proceed with the pool installation, we met with Dave again to finalize the design of the pool and patio and the contract was signed. Dave handled all the permitting with the town and commenced construction promptly after the materials arrived. As the project was completed during the pandemic, lead times were a bit longer that normal and Dave was very clear about all of this. He set realistic time expectations for every phase of the project and generally exceeded those expectations. From day 1, it was clear that Dave takes exceptional pride in the quality of his work. This was evident in the fact that he was on-site and working beside his team each and every day they were at the house. The project required a number of other contractors, some of whom Dave provided and others whom I had brought in to do work outside the scope of the pool contract (for example the construction of a poolside pavilion). Dave was happy to coordinate efforts with each of them and even assisted them as needed in order to ensure the final product was exactly what we had envisioned. For the size and scope of the project and the number of people involved in getting it all done, we felt the job was completed in a timely fashion and the quality was exceptional.
