These guys know what they're doing. I was waking up with bites on my arms for a few nights and finally found a bed bug on my mattress at night and little small bed bugs in my bed frame. I called Green Pest Management at 7am the next day and Saab had picked up and given me a ton of information and guidance on what to do next. With small kids in the house, we were super freaked out after killing 5 large yellow jackets in our living room over the course of about a week or so (as well as finding what turned out to be an old/inactive nest in the basement). Green Pest Management came out same day for our peace of mind and explained that the bugs we killed were queens coming out of hibernation and not a situation that required their services. Not only did they not try to sell us unnecessary treatment options, they did not even charge us for coming by and talking us through the situation. Very kind, patient and knowledgeable - highly recommend!
