I have used Western Pest Services for several years; they are always prompt, professional, and excellent. What compelled me to write this review is a recent emergency service request I made. We started to get Wasps (yellow jackets) inside the house, and the frequency and numbers kept increasing. I reached out on a Saturday to schedule someone to come as soon as possible, and to my surprise, they scheduled a technician for Sunday morning. The technician located and sprayed the wasp nest between one of my gutters and the house and then left a trap inside to attract the wasps entering through the attic. By Monday, the problem was entirely resolved, and we had no more wasps in the house, which is a great relief as my wife is allergic to them. Thank you to the Western Pest team for their amazing level of customer service and commitment to excellence.
