Overall

Estimate scheduled, showed up promptly, gave price. Called for appointment, asked if final payment could be made a few days after work done so inspection could be done. Manager gave approval and deposit given. Days later, sales person calls ranting and raving that payment must be made upon completion of work, they are not a bank, they don't care if other people have it inspected first, they will refund my money. He was extremely unprofessional and rude.

I had Quality Insulation quote me for spraying my garage. When the first team got here, the workers told me that the salesman quoted me the wrong material and they recommended something different. I had them leave and called the salesman. He assured me that it was right and told me the employee that said that was wrong and out of line. Two days later they sent a new crew out. I got home to find my tools etc. thrown around, several things broken, a damaged window, they had missed spots that were in the quote, and what was done was finished very poorly. Again they sent the team back out to finish. This time they finished spraying everything but never cut the foam back. They had to come out a third time to cut the foam. Nothing had been cut with a blade as was described to me when I was quoted. Instead it was scraped away with a scraper. In the end many spots were still not scraped at all and what was they scraped 1.5”-2” past the studs in a vast majority of the garage. I had to call and leave several messages. Over the almost two weeks after they finished the project I called daily before I was able to get someone back out. I was told the manager would call me several times and never got a call. They finally sent a rep out. He also voiced concerns about the choice of material. He agreed it was a poor job and said he would speak with the manager. When I was finally able to speak with the manager, Jesse Almeida, he offered me $400 back and said they would fix the damaged window. He agreed it was a poor job but told me “This was a bad job for us. I have to be an advocate for the company as well and we have lost way too much money on this job before giving you any money back.” I asked to have the email or phone number of the vp for the company and he refused to give it to me.

Amazing little receiver. Staff was very friendly, and they had moved their box trucks out of the docks before my arrival to make docking easier. Make a uturn into the parking lot so you can blindside angle back down the hill with your tandems about 3/4 to the rear. I was put into 2nd dock and there's enough room to maneuver

Woman in office was rude and should not be dealing with the public. Website says one thing reguarding policies while they tell you another. She would not even put me on schedule till they had half of quote in hand. Then they want to be paid in full before they even start the job. What ever happend to customer service? She was just a nasty person to deal with.

I was very disappointed in the job that they did for me. They left whole walls completely uninsulated as well as not doing a great job on several others. After they left, I had to go buy over $350 worth of insulation to finish the job so the sheet rock could be installed. If I could do it again, I would pick a different company. Don't give them your credit card #, they will charge you even if you don't approve the work.

Garage door failed on Thurs and after calling a warranty number for the part located on my garage door I was pleasantly surprised when I was transferred to a rep for this company who went out of his way to research the door, whether they had records of an installation and when they did not offered to look up parts an availability of a service repair. I got confirmation by the next day that part was in stock and that a repair could be done first thing Mon morning between 8 and 9am. When the repair person was not there at 8am I got a call from the company advising he was a little behind and would be there within an hour. My repair was done professionally, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price by 9:20am! It was a pleasure dealing with this company from start to finish!

If I could give this company a worse review I would. They were hired to do foam insulation and install a gas fireplace on a new home. They were $400.00 less than Anchor Insulation. Not only have they still not finished the job correctly, but they lied and misled us about the foam as far as building codes.

1. They did not form or insulate around the exterior windows or doors correctly. I started to do it myself but finally a manager came and sent 2 guys for 5 hours each to do it. I had to delay sheet rocking.

2. They foamed the bathroom exhaust fan exhaust crushing them so 3 bathroom fans do not work.

3. They had to come back 7 times because of issues the building inspector had with the work they did. The last time the building inspector was on vacation and his sub did not inspect the work that was needed for a CO. The house still has an open wall to an second floor bedroom and bathroom that is not insulated with foam. The outside area is a covered porch and the rooms still are 8 degrees cooler in the winter.

4. They put the wrong fireplace in. The correct one was with a blower because we wanted an additional heat source because primary is geo thermal. After I called them on it they said they did it because the electrician did not put an outlet. A complete lie as the outlet is visable on the wall inside the chute. I also had to make them put in some down draft insulation.

5. There was so much more, including lying about the coding requirements and covering of the foam they used. The manufacturer spec sheet directly disputed what they stated.

They were the worse contractor I have ever used, unfortunately most people that hire them will not know all the short cuts and shoddy work they do unless they watch them and check the work as it is being done.

My father in law had the same experience as we built homes at the same time.
