They suck to get a hold to. They said they’d call me back numerous times and they don’t. The traps do not work. 6 weeks with the traps and the squirrels are just walking around them

I contacted CT Pest for a rodent problem in my basement and yard. I opted for a 3 visit plan which I have now expanded to a one year plan for a reasonable additional amount. I was very satisfied with this service. The rodent problem has lessened considerably, this is a problem throughout my neighborhood. The technician Alex explained everything he was doing and how the process works. Very courteous, called ahead to let me know when he was coming. I would recommend this company.

Very satisfied so far. Need to see what happens after the next 2 visits. Meanwhile, I was very impressed with how quickly they sent their technician, Steve, to my home. He was very polite and informative. He laid mice bait in several areas in and around the house 3 days ago and we haven’t seen signs of “invasion” since. We are hopeful that he’ll achieve 100% success after the completion of treatments(3).

**Update to my previous 5 star review** They do not follow-through on their promises. For 2 years we selected the plan that has them come out I believe 3 times each year for preventative spraying/maintenance. Both years, during the fall, I noticed that they never called to schedule the spraying and never showed up. I had to call MULTIPLE times to get them to come out, each time speaking with multiple people. They tried to tell me that if I didn't have any bugs, they didn't need to come out. But why was I paying for a program that included a certain number of preventative maintenance sprays, if they weren't going to come out that many times? I gave them a second chance by selecting the same service for the second year, and the same hassle happened. Part of the reason I loved the concept of their service, was that it was something I didn't need to keep track of. But nope, I had to hound them down again the second year. We now go with Fox and have had great success with them. **Original Review** Don't look anywhere else, because this is the company to call if you have a pest problem. We had a horrible carpenter ant situation and they were able to fully solve the problem. Every moment of the process is great, from when you call to schedule, until you say good-bye to the tech. One of their team members, Ted, came out for the initial spraying (we choose a package that covers multiple visits) and he was awesome. Friendly, extremely thorough, and took his time explaining everything. We haven't seen an ant since that first spraying. We are extremely happy and highly recommend them.

I requested service after seeing mice. The tech that came Jesse was super friendly, knowledgeable and made me relaxed about the whole situation. He took his time to explain what gets mice indoors, how to keep the population from growing etc.. He then proceeded to inspect the whole house and also laid traps. He will be coming back again but after just the fist visit and how knowledgeable he was, I know I am in good hands. Thank you Jesse for such a very nice service. Prior to that, another company quoted me $4,000 for rodent service. Go with these guys as the price is very fair when you do the math on how many times they are coming back to the house. Great service...
