Tracey and her crew just finished our bathroom remodel and we could not be happier. It is beautiful and just what we envisioned. Tracey was able help us through the design process guiding us while also keeping our vision for the project in focus. Her crew of professionals were all knowledgeable and proficient. We just had our whirlpool tub and tile removed and replaced with a walk in shower designed by Tracey, the owner of Award Kitchen and Bath. During the design process, many decisions had to be made. But because of Tracey's expertise and vision, the selection process was easy. During the construction phase, Tracey and/or her office team of Stacey and Selina always kept us up-to-date with the work schedule. The contractors, Pete and Chris, were the best we've ever worked with. Such experts in their trade. AK&B remodeled our master bath with new vanities and linen cabinet, a new floor, and a zero threshold tiled shower that has a standard showerhead, an overhead rain showerhead, and a mounted hand-held shower wand. The shower also has niches and grab bars. An excellent job was done by all the tradesmen that worked on the job. We can wholeheartedly recommend Stacey and her workers.

Tracey and her staff are very professional and Tracey's decorating choices are excellent. We did whatever she suggested and the results are beautiful. We had a couple of glitches that were beyond Award's control, but the results are excellent. Tracey and Stacey are wonderful to work with and follow up on every detail.

Owner Tracey was phenomenal. She is very focused on making sure her customers are happy with the job. Job had a couple of glitches, but in the end, we were satisfied with work.

In January 2021 I had Award Kitchen and Bath do a total renovation in my bathroom. My home was built in 1951 and there were a few surprises once demolition started. Tracy always stayed calm no matter what glitch was uncovered. Her subcontractors were always courteous, on time, and their workmanship was excellent. Tracy's ability to design allowed me to end up with a bathroom beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend award Award Kitchen and Bath and plan on using them again in the future.

We just finished our complete kitchen renovation and are so pleased with everything. Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful! Tracey, Stacey, and the entire crew were fantastic. Any questions or concerns were addressed right away. Tracey's crew of workman were always friendly, clean, knowledgeable and professional. Doing a renovation project during the pandemic could have been very difficult and stressful, but Tracey made sure things went along as smoothly as possible. We won't hesitate to call them for another project.

Just finished a total bathroom remodel, and all we can say is Fabulous! Tracey’s design ideas and input throughout the project, made it easy for us to envision the final product. From Stacey on down, everyone was very receptive to our questions and concerns, and responded quickly. Having an older home, with just one bathroom, could have presented a big problem for us, but it was all handled smoothly! One stop shopping at its best. Can’t wait for our next project with them! Was so pleased to work with Tracy, Stacy, Pete and Chris. The bath remodel was easy to book with Stacy and Tracy. Contract set the workers were on time, efficient and pleasant to work with. Quality of craft was excellent. Would be happy to work with the girls again.

So, when beginning or entering a home remodel, there are many stresses and question marks about what to expect, how things are going to turn out and everything in between. Tracey, the owner, and Stacy, her right hand, were incredible and helpful; the both of them are like kindred spirits to each other and always in sync (you can't create that; it comes natural). Tracey, the one who showed us everything, is the person you hope and pray you're going to get when you start a construction or home remodel project; but often times, that doesn't happen. From the moment we entered the showroom, stressing about picking out finishes, et al. for our kitchen & bath(s), we felt at ease and calm with her expertise, authority and affability - feeling we had an expert, a guru, who guided us through the process - affirming choices and re-directing where needed. Put simply, Tracey did an excellent job interpreting my wife's wants and goals. By the end of our selection(s), I felt like my wife and Tracey could go into business together designing kitchens & baths. We are in a much better place now after our 2-hour visit, and were able to tackle all of the decisions we needed to make for our home remodel. To not give these folks a chance is to potentially miss an opportunity for a great remodel.

The people who run and work for Award are terrific. They do wonderful work and handle basically any concerns quickly. I can't say that I've experienced a renovation that went as good as this one.

Bert Grenier stands by his work. As with any remodeling job there are situations that pop up that are unexpected. In working with Award Kitchen and Bath we were always able to come up with a solution whether it was managing space, finding the correct microwave that would open properly in our confined kitchen space, or replacing a damaged sink even when the defect was found after the install.
Bert’s contractors were always polite and thorough always acting professionally and sharing explanations regarding each facet of the installation.
After a couple of years, we had some problems with the engineered tiled floor that were confirmed defective by the manufacturer.
Award Kitchen and Bath without question removed and replaced the floor at no additional cost. Bottom line; Bert Grenier stands by his work and reputation.
