Hard to leave this review - TLDR out $250 for nothing at all, found and fixed the problem myself.
Had an issue where several outlets stopped working. No breakers tripped, no gfcis etc. I looked around for a couple hours checking boxes with no luck and traced the wire as much as possible. I had the electricians come out for a $250 "diagnosis". After ~ 3 hours they said no luck, found nothing I hadn't and send me the invoice. It's not like I didn't expect to pay $250 for a diagnosis, but I had hoped they would provide me with some information at all beyond what I provided them. I ultimately put more time in the following weekend and found the problem box and fixed it which is really why this review is so poor. The fellas were really nice and respectable. The company replied to all my communications very promptly. These positives are why I have a hard time writing a review of them given they are trying to do right. It's just I of course expected them to at least find the issue but instead I just had some guests walk around my house for a few hours and still had to find and ultimately fix it myself. Finally, they said they would give me a quote for basically running a completely new circuit for a patch solution but they never sent that...
Justin and his team were fabulous! The work was excellent and the pricing was reasonable. Most importantly, communication was great, and they showed up exactly on time. The whole team was very friendly and professional and I highly recommend JS electrical!

10/5 stars!! Justin and the folks at JS Electrical were so professional and efficient. We needed a bunch of random electrical work done and they came in with a very reasonable quote. They were very respectful of our home while they were working and took the care to explain everything to us so we had an understanding of why they were doing certain things. We will definitely be using them again!

Justin and team were easy to request a time online. Then they were here when they said they would be and super friendly. Within a few hours the job was done and most importantly the price was reasonable. They seem to care about the customers which nowadays seems tough to find!

Justin did an excellent job installing new LED ceiling lights (wafers) in two of my bedrooms. The care, cleanup, and explanation of his work exceeded expectations. I will be reaching out to Justin for future electrical projects or work without second thought.

Justin and his team have done quite a bit of electrical work for us and also service our generator. They are always on time and provide options for us to choose from. Definitely recommended!

Great experience with Justin and the team. We had them install a generator and they were very professional, timely and did great job. Justin even reached out after we signed the initial contract with a newer higher kW model that became available to see if we would be interested. We went with the larger 26kW model and have been very happy with it.

Justin and Kyle replaced our electrical panel, meter box and mast - absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Honest, knowledgable, friendly, helpful, efficient and complete professionals. Glad I chose J.S. Electrical LLC to do this critical job for us.

Today, Justin and his team replaced two light fixtures and installed several can lights. The team arrived promptly at 8:15 and worked quickly to finish the job. They worked with my husband to figure out the height of each lighting fixture. We couldn’t be happier with how the job went and how the lights look.
