Working with this team was a total nightmare of miscommunication as is, I ended up with a bunch of things that were not what I asked for due to it. I refrained from leaving a review until now because I understand how hard running a small business can be and I really tried to be understanding. But now, only 7 years later, my tub/shower (total redo) is leaking into my dining room and basically falling apart. I’m pissed. A job like this should last DECADES. I’m not even finished paying for it. Absolutely not ok at all. I would not hire this company again. Ever.

Their professionalism throughout the entire project was remarkable, with a high level of skill and craftsmanship, delivering exceptional quality work. Collaborating and communication with them was a breeze; they were friendly, attentive with prompt and clear updates on the progress of the project. While their services may not be the cheapest option, the outstanding results and the overall experience made it well worth the price. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
