Update: After moving into the house I found some issues with our roof and the team at Brown, including Bill the PM on our job came back to rectify everything in a timely manner. While the issues were unfortunate to discover, what’s more important is their willingness to rectify the problems and make sure that we were completely satisfied with the install. I would still recommend these guys despite the issues as I feel they just want to do right by their customers at the end of the day. Great work. Definitely would recommend. Bill was super helpful and took time explaining things when I had questions.

Mat our sales rep and Bill our project manager made choosing Brown the easiest decision I have made in my house. Mat showed true professionalism throughout the sales process. I can tell he has my back, and he’s not looking to add cost for no reason. He explained the roofing process with thorough detail helping me understand each step of the process and the importance behind it. Bill our project manager ran the most efficient project I have seen. His crew led by Diego and Manny were extremely efficient. It was extremely impressive to watch the entire team in sync making quick work of my roof replacement. Bill and his crew went above and beyond also explaining every step of the way. They really make you feel like you are part of the Brown family and not just a paying customer. Super happy on the overall look of my new roof.

Brown is a locally owned company that provides the very best in materials, workmanship, and management of the entire roof replacement process. Over the course of just a few days, their expert crew installed a new roof, including replacement of all of the rotten wood trim at the roof line and a gutter system that will never require cleaning. From the initial planning meeting with company representative Chase to the job itself, supervised by on-site project manager Connor, the whole process went smoothly and was completely without incident or stress. The cleanup afterwards was so good that I have yet to find a single stray nail on the ground. I can recommend Brown Roofing Company without any reservation whatsoever. Big house, 75 squares installed. Giant crew, 3 day job, 11 hour days. Not the cheapest quote, but they know what they are doing. I like the ring-shank nails and the California valley's that they installed. The fit & finish, as well as the clean-up, was great. The crew was respectful and polite. Yes... I would hire them again.

When the Sale Representative, Chase came out for the appointment, he treated me like a client, not just another job. But what really sold me, was when he broke out a ladder and climbed up onto my roof to inspect and evaluate the job. His professionalism won me over and I didn't hesitate to go with Brown Roofing. Then Connor, the Project Manager greeted my wife and I on installation day, and again, very professional and courteous. Connor kept me apprised of any issues throughout the day and sent aerial photos of the progress to my phone. I felt very confident that the job would get done in a professional manner and I wasn't disappointed when I arrived home from work that evening. Connor and his team had our roof 99 percent complete on day one and didn't want to rush the finishing touches and came back the following day. Throughout the whole process, Brown Roofing made sure that they left my property the same way as the day they arrived. Placing plywood sheets to protect our windows and even went so far as to protect our flowerbeds. With the job complete, it doesn't even look like anyone was here, except of course for the professionally installed roof! I wasn't looking for the cheapest roofing option, I was looking for a quality product, professionally installed and Brown Roofing delivered! The whole team from Chase, Connor and Customer Service Representative, Jennie were top notch and I feel very confident that my wife and I will have this roof for many years to come. Definitely an extremely good experience and highly recommended. The roof crew arrived early in the morning. After the old shingles got removed, the plywood boards under them were found in very bad condition: most of them could not be reused, a situation nobody had though of prior. We got several options from the project manager on site and in real-time and had good conversation as to pros and cons of each of the solution. Due to this 'unexpected', the crew continued doing their job on the roof with what plywood boards available at the time while the manager was away shopping for more plywood boards and loading them into his truck, with no delay at all of ongoing work progress, which, as homeowner, is the most satisfactory experience ever. After the project was done, they cleaned up the the work site completely and I didn't find a single nails left behind. I even saw one of the crew carefully hand picked debris from inside of and around the bushes before the house. As a whole, they finished their work in time as promised in a single day even extra amount of work had been added given the unexpected plywood board and other issues found on site with my old, many-year roof. Details tell all and speak louder. I would strongly recommend anyone who is shopping for roof replacement or services using the high-quality roof services provided by Brown Roofing LLC.
