I looked at several Solar firms and rejected most due to the installation process. Then I went with a company and they told me that Helio would be doing the install. Wow!! what a godsend. I was concerned with the Solar design and almost canceled. Then Helio showed up, they agreed and made all the calls to change the design and I have a wonderful system. They even came back with the Mfg. to fix a problem in a battery that I never saw. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Now, if only they can install snow removal wipers on my panels. Oh, well, Spring is coming.
I reached out to helio to get more information how solar works and the different types of programs about 2 months ago. The rep guided my wife and I on choosing what was best for our home. We just got installed 2 weeks ago and inspection was done last week as well. I can’t thank the Helio team enough and the install team did a exceptional job from start to finish and didn’t leave any trash behind. Thank you Helio team!

The representative for Helio who ran the appointment was professional and honest and most importantly to me non pushy. They walked me through the solar coaster process it’s honesty a simple process. On my next property I will definitely have Helio install my next project because it’s just a no brainer to make the switch.

We love our solar! The panels look great on our roof. I was worried because it was facing the front but you hardly notice them since they are black without the cross lines. The roofer he used also did a great job and once they got their approval they did everything very quickly and efficiently. I was happy to refer him to my neighbors.

I've had nothing but problems with Helio since we purchased our solar panels and our Sol Ark battery. The installation took 3 months longer than was initially promised and that was just the beginning of our issues. Every time I have questions it takes weeks to get a response.
I wish I knew in advance that Helio doesn't allow owners to adjust time of use settings for the Sol Ark battery. This has to be done by the company. I've been waiting for over a month for them to adjust the settings. If I had access to this feature in the app I would have done it myself a long time ago.
The panels and the battery are fine, I don't have any issues with the product. The problem is their lack of timely communication. Brian is nice and has apologized many times for the long response time, but apologies don't mean anything if the same problem continues.
